They cancelled my account twice. Once for accidentally marking an email as spam, no warning! The second time for suspicious activity, they claimed I was falsely answering surveys. I didn't qualify for half their surveys! I lost my 1,500 points that I had EARNED! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! I have had no issues with Swagbucks, MyPoints, or inbox dollar!
I have had an account with Lifepoints for quite some time, have never had any issues till today. In the last 2 weeks, I have submitted redemption requests. I received notice today that my account has been terminated and thus, they aren't going to pay me my last 2 redemption requests. I submitted an email to them requesting why I was terminated but they just say that I violated the conditions and terms but would not say How. I disagree that I violated any conditions but they have all the power, they won't say how because they know I didn't violate any conditions. Be very careful dealing with this company! Plenty of other survey companies available!

This is my second request for a full accounting of my debits, credits and redeemed points. Your recent deduction of points I earned has left my account in the negative without any explanation as to why or any response to my multiple requests for the return of my earned rewards being withheld from me without notice or my right to respond to any aligation of fraud or misrepresentation.
I will not be participating in any surveys or trials until this matter is solved to my satisfaction. LifePoints is well aware of how many of their surveys are taken by millions of members who never receive compensation for their honest answers and are too busy to make a complaint. How many hundreds of questions did I answer only to be knocked out of money earned at the end unable to submit.

LifePoints are a dishonest survey company. I did numerous surveys and had racked up points only to have my account closed. When i contacted them to understand the issue, they told me i needed to signup for a new account and they would have my points transferred. When i did that, my new account was denied and I was unable to get all my points that I had earned back. So all that work for absolutely nothing. They are very unwilling to assist.

LifePoints is the worst survey site. You invest your full time in it and 90 per cent of the time they give you zero points and remaining 9 per cent of the time they give you just 2 points and then leftover 1 per cent you get some 40 points out of it. They r total spammers. Earning a profit and giving you nothing. Don't waste your time here. I am genuinely an active user of it and i am 100 per cent disappointed with them. They literally give you nothing at all. Also, they stole 40 points of mine recently without a reason. It hard to even earn 2 points there and they stole 40 of mine. Shame on you lifepoints.

Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.

Hello I have been a member of mysurvey for a long long time taking surveys for a long time and suddenly my account is inactive? No warning nothing. I am a professional, always take my time and I answer all questions honestly and truthfully. Whats even more disappointing is that they do not contact you or even give you a heads up.

One word describes this lot and that word is "Shysters"
You spend over one hour doing ONE Survey and when you are finished you click to receive your award, and, you've guessed it, an Error Message appears! One hour of YOUR time but no reward! Some people would describe this as "Fraud"!

I tried to login a few weeks ago and I couldn't access the site. I got a notice that my membership was canceled. I sent them an email, they replied back that I violated their terms of service. So I wrote back and asked them exactly what did I do wrong? I read the terms again and did not see anything that I did wrong.
They replied back saying after a more indepth look at my account it is still suspended. They can't tell me why to protect other members or something like that.
My membership cancelation is a little suspect.

For several years I took surveys on MySurvey.com with out any problems, and earned some nice rewards. Then it became LifePoints. I was told that I could use the same ID used for MySurvey. After trying to log in without success, I was told that my account had been CLOSED. After months of back-and-forth emails, I was finally told to join again. When I tried to join I was told that I couldn't join since my email address was already registered... even though my account was supposedly closed! So I got screwed out of the points I had earned. After reading some of these reviews, It appears that I'm not the only one shafted.

Don't use them. They steal your points. It was good in the beginning and then their site always malfunctioned and stole 1100 points. I emailed them several times and they pretended to help. They don't. They strike them. Don't use them. They are corrupt and I deleted my acct.

I have completed the Beverage Diary. Now, after completion, it states that my account was suspended. I can't even get help by pressing the Help Center buttons.
They must have been taken over by someone else as the help needed now is NON-EXISTENT.
Lifepoints allows the companies to scrub surveys and if your answer doesn't support the survey objective, even if the panelist answered as honestly as possible to amateurish, poorly formed as questions, they strike the whole survey and claw back the reward. This happened in the previous incarnation, MySurvey, and rebranding to lifepoints, didn't improve the outcomes. Rebranding to lifepoints just allowed the parent company to start deceit anew, with a different name.

This is a neutral review. Old site was better. Lifepoints still needs improvements. They are not a scam site but they need a better support team to really investigate issues before sending replies as they are jibberish and at times do not even apply to your issue, and each email from support has a different answer, They have bugs still in the program that need ironing out. And if a ticket is submitted, with screenshots showing everything you need to make sure surveyor is paid, you need to act on it, I keep a GOOD RECORD and screenshot my surveys from start to finish as everyone should do. There are alot of sites in the market and if Lifepoints wants to continue to be successfull, they need to start making things right for the past and the present.

I have been taking surveys with LifePoints for a few years now. All of the sudden I am not able to login and the HelpDesk sent an email stating I was answering questions untruthfully. I have dedicated many hours to get not many points for each survey and they basically just said we have terminated your membership and taken all your points. It is complete BS and this company if a fraud. You can't pay your bills so you decide to terminate someone who dedicates time to making some extra money for kids Christmas gifts. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
