Been a member for few months now. Surveys easy too do some take longer than others but you get rewarded more points. Only down side is sometimes no surveys for upto 7 days.
Regular notifications and varied surveys keep you on your toes. Being retired allows more time. Have received several e-certificates and PayPal credits in two months, so going well.
Nick, thank you for the great review! We're so glad you loved your survey experience with LifePoints and can't wait to hear back from you.

My account was deleted suddenly short before the first payout... Because of overwhelming evidence that I would be a fraud... Spammers be careful... They stealing your time for nothing!

After gathering enough points to redeem, they suddenly locked my account. For those people posting positive reviews; BEWARE of your accounts being closed once of a sudden! The survey apps are all similar in FRAUD STYLE

This is a trustworthy site. After completing the required number of surveys I received my chosen Amazon gift certificate within a few days and redeemed it with no problems. Highly recommended.
Thank you for your kind words, James! We're so glad your experience with LifePoints went so smoothly. We’d love to continue providing great service to awesome members like you.

Do not sign up for this website. I did 3 surveys and in the end right before you were going to finish, the page would become blank. 3 times. Very bad company.
As others have noted, they close your account without notice and no real reason after submitting a ticket. Don't waste your time! I signed up and only did surveys for 1 day.

Complete scam. Once you start to make some money, they will ban you from the site before you receive your funds. Don't do it, so many better survey sites, that are legit

After spend 1 year in lifepoint website today he found that i have not Suitable for membership without any reason my account close, I also lost my hard earn point.
We are just as upset when we have to lose members. However, this is sometimes necessary in order to be the best we can be for our clients. If your account was inactivated it was due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
I was happily doing surveys (when I got them) so after I got enough for £30 love to shop vouchers they suddenly closed my account said I had breached their rules (not sure how) they didn't explain if I was wrong I would fully accept but no explanation just saying all points forfeited and membership terminated that's it what a joke avoid at all costs

In Canada it is illegal to not have an opt out for receiving emails. When Lifepoints was contacted the answer received was, "too bad, cancel your membership then". They have been reported to the CRTC and BBB.

Contacting customer service isn't helping at all. They still won't tell me what I've did wrong in their eyes and my account stays suspended and my saved money is gone.

Beware for these scammers! I've been a member for years and out of the blue they suspended my account because in their opinion I've violated their terms and conditions. They won't tell me what I've done wrong in their eyes and I lost my points that are worth more than € 100,-.
Been doing surveys with "mysurvey" for years. Did ok with being paid. Then they changed over to life points. They sent emails saying they are almost done, your points are safe, etc etc. kept trying to log in... error message kept saying " opps something went wrong on our end. Sent 4 of their contacts forms in, rec confermations on those being recieved. I then get a e-mail for doing a "telco update" which I have also done for years. So I never got a response in return untill 2 days ago. All 4 from zen desk saying I was eliminated from panel cause I was speeding through surveys... which if that were true would have come up years ago while doing a survey. I have never even done a survey with life points after the change over. Even the zen desk help took months to tell me I speed through surveys. Does NOT make any sense. Im sure they just dont want to pay what they owe many people it seems.

Was a member for many, many, many years with no problems, then just cancelled without any explanation and my hard earned points were stolen.
It took a few weeks for Customer Service to get back to me as to why my account was cancelled and why they absconded with my points. Of course, like the others on here whose accounts were cancelled, they just sent me a list of POSSIBLE REASONS as to why my account was cancelled, but no precise reason. Of course, not - because they don't really have a valid reason! Once cancelled, points are forfeited. STAY AWAY unless you don't mind them taking your points that you worked hard for. Check the BBB for more bad reviews.

Wow, lots of people seem to be having the same problem. I've had emails back and forward with them for weeks. They keet insinuating that I lied on a survey/ my information was wrong. I kept on insiting I was honest and all of my information was correct and asking for answers.
Today I got a different email back THREATENING ME saying they're going to report me for fraud? On what grounds? They keep tip toeing around and not giving me any straight answers and now that?
I had been earning those points for weeks and I had only just got to the $10 dollar mark. I'm thinking they deactivated me so they wouldn't have to pay. I'm disgusted at the threat i got when I did NOTHING wrong.
After many years & more hours & surveys than I can even remember I have accumulated a very good amount of points that I was ready to cash in for paypal so I could do some bill pay & granddaughter shopping only to discover that they I dont exist on there site... Have contacted them on Facebook & through FB Messenger only to get the we will help but I send all my info & get no response. If you are thinking of joining this site my advice would be DONT DO IT
Most of the time I'll sit there for 5 minutes answering questions only to be told i dont qualify. Points are never awarded when finishing surveys. Don't sign up here its a waste of time
I joined this site in 2003, and would not recommend it as a survey site. They have revamped the site since then, making it run smoothly. You're not bombarded with any ads, but depending on your time and preferences, you may be bombarded with more surveys than you can handle. Over the years I've only had time to accumulate enough points for about $200, cashed in $100 through PayPal, and was satisfied with the redemption turnaround time.
I just downgraded my rating & rescinded a recommendation. After being a long-time member, I would take occasional surveys, but even though I logged in occasionally, by not doing any surveys and with almost another $100 on the line, they cancelled my membership. No warning, no reply to emails sent, and the reason was because I had not been active. To me, this is BS.
Other sites did not cancel if I had not logged in for years. To me, this seems to be a tactic to elude paying out after an extended period of inactivity, which appears to not only diminish their website value but an ineptitude in returning loyalty to long-time customers.
I joined this site back in spring time of 2011. I was only 17 at the time so amount of surveys I could do were limited, now 18 I was finally able to build up enough points to redeem for cash.
I really enjoy this survey website upon all others I've tried. There's no gimmicks, its actually FREE. They don't share their information to other companies or try to get you to sign up for those free low monthly payment subscriptions for some bull crap.
They send you an email every time there is a survey available too you (so you don't have to sit there and log in everyday just to find out you have no surveys). Now the points given may take awhile to build up to be able to redeem but that's how you can tell survey websites are legit. Unlike panda research that may give you some large amounts you must pay to be able to get money back... which in most scenarios people don't want to have to pay when they are trying to earn extra cash in their pocket.
The site is easy and simple to navigate some surveys can get repetitive but as far as keeping it simple and understanding I would really recommend this site. Love it!
Giving your honest opinions while completing surveys, not only are you letting companies know the likes and dislikes of consumers, you are getting payed for doing something interesting.
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
LifePoints has a rating of 2.1 stars from 738 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with LifePoints most frequently mention customer service, many years and gift card. LifePoints ranks 342nd among Work At Home sites.
Many thanks for this great review, Stephen! We are so pleased to see we were able to meet your expectations and can't wait to hear back from you.
