AVOID! Dishonest. Spend 30 minutes and get disqualified only to receive a worthless sweepstakes entry. Does not respond to emails, and if they do, responses make no sense.
I completed multiple surveys, spent at least 15 hours, gaining over 1300 points, and in the middle of a survey, LifePoints kicked me out and then cancelled my account so I couldn't get back in. I did nothing wrong...I was literally taking a survey and they booted me out in the middle of it and cancelled my account. I submitted multiple customer service requests asking why I was kicked out and why they won't allow me to at least convert the points already earned, over to a gift card. They literally kicked me out and wouldn't allow me in to claim the points already earned. They will not provide a resolution and stole the points from me. I received $0. LifePoints is a SCAM.
I recently joined my survey with promises of rewards given for each survey taken. I spent 2 hours joining up with all personal details, filled out many lifestyle surveys (unrewarded) which afterwards I awaited my next survey to complete to start receiving rewards. The next day I was blocked from my account and could not access anything. When I contacted them to see what the problem was I was sent an automated email again and again saying:
'Our system recognised a problem with your account information and for this reason it is no longer active. This is due to the data provided by you in the registration process not being in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We are afraid that, according to our privacy policy, we cannot disclose any further information about our operational procedures'
I again contacted My Survey another way and was given no explanation or help whatsoever and have not heard back. This is obviously a huge scam to collect personal information, I'm disgusted this site is allowed to exist.
This company has good surveys if you are willing to look for them and follow directions
No issues but a while to hit the good rewards but that is with most survey sites

Life Points is one of my favorites! But they always have surveys for me. Their rewards are excellent. I would recommend this site to whoever is looking for a great all around site!
Yeah they give you lifepoints for completing each survey but most of the time they kick you out when you are almost done with the survey (98% done with the survey) and you get nothing. Sometimes they promise you like extra 250 lifepoints If you agreed to be filmed while watching advertisement but you only get the corresponding points for completing the survey not the PROMISED extra lifepoints! Scam as its finest!

I used to love lifepoints. I was able to cadhout with them everyday at either $5 or $10 now it takes over a week to get enough points to get $5. The closer you get to cashing out the less surveys you get.
And when you try to cashout you cant. It never loads. It stays stuck on the loading screen.

They have throttled me when I cashed out. I was getting about 10+ surveys a day and cashing out daily now I'm lucky to receive one survey each day since I cashed out last week. Prior to this I took a lengthy survey and the survey was broken and I lost points and wasted my time on the survey and when I contacted them about this survey they told me that thr broken survey was a security feature and that it timed out. But I am at a loss as to how or why ta survey that's broken I'd a security feature. They gave me that bogus answer then denied giving me my points.
So, I was quite happily carrying out surveys and got to the point of having a reward worth claiming and BOOM - they cancelled my membership with no warning. I asked them why and all they would tell me was that I had "violated their rules". I looked and could see no reason that I could possibly have done so.
This is just a con. BEWARE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

One of the best survey panels I have ever used. Their surveys are well laid out and easy to do and the rewards are excellent. I've been with them for many years and never had any problems.

Constantly adding new relevant surveys. They don't make you spend a long time in a survey and then disqualify you, which is great. I've been able to redeem quite a few times.
I use to do alot of surveys with mysurvey and they merged with lifepoints stay away not worth your time they will have u take lomg surveys you will get the pointsand then to find put a couple days later they rake your points away and say cause you didn't qualify or the answers they didn't like yet you spent over 20 min on them they got all your answers and then steal your points they should be shut down there customer service does absolutely nothing for you this site is horrible it's a a shame that mysurvey collided with them my next move is to contact Bibb these people need to be shut down

This company is a joke if you sign up to these con artists dont ever expect to get paid. They are more than happy to give you surveys but you will be doing them for free

My account was close in April or May and points, and a cash reward was taken from me. They said that they find an over whelming evident in my account. I ask for proof, they will not show me, also said that I had more than one account. I know ask them about 1500 point for dairy study and 580 points that my son did for dairy study. I would like to know what evident they have.
This site is so useful to earn in free time. They have great surveys for earning opportunity and most importantly they provide great customer care service to Queries. I loved it.

New member in 2019 and must say the interface is great and receive regular and varied surveys. Happy too that I am being finacially rewarded in a timely manner, as pictured.
Life Points is ok. The points are kinda low and it takes a lot to turn them in I have to say Global Test Market was better. Why do we never get to test products
I've been completing surveys for DAYS and they are only recording some of them and then not giving me points for the vast majority of them. They OWE ME 400 points or more for surveys that I successfully completed. Also instead of giving me points this was ANOTHER issue not involving the missing 400 points. Instead of giving me points like it says that it WILL DO, they give me sweeps instead! If I wanted sweeps I would complete those surveys instead! They claim that you earn "points" but they either don't give you them at all, or they convert them to sweeps when they say they are points! ZERO dollars made

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
