I received dishwasher tablets in tje mail to use for a month then give a honest review on lifepoints. I dont go to lifepoints very often because there are never any reviews on their site for me. I did what i wad supose to do so i went to the life point website to leave my review and they had cancled my membership. Who does thay to a company who spent money sending out their product for a review.

Been a member for many years, done everything diligently with them, had a few minor problems, but they got sorted, and now suddenly, they cancelled my membership account for breach of rewards terms?
I've emailed and asked for a recheck etc., but the arrogance was that they cancelled because I had breached rewards terms or something, no explanation and not reinstating my account. Still no explanation as to what and how I breached their terms of rewards. I do not, never have and never will breach rules for surveys sites and I'm a member of a few others, with no issues. Lost all my points as well of course, but luckily had redeemed about a week before this happened so got my biggest redemption from them in all the years I've been with them so I got my $100 that too so long to get as well. I had been with them for about 12 years, but not anymore. How arrogant are the staff when they don't even follow their own terms as written for us to read. Puts me off trying to join other survey sites again to be honest, and I do enjoy doing surveys.

Lifepointspanel I've cheated my money twice. First, collect 200 reward points, get closed, and ask to re-apply When applying for a new one, accumulating points completely Exchange money, closed account Makes known that the company lifepointspanel Cheating member The system looks like this

Apply for membership ---> Wait for members to complete the questionnaire according to the redemption amount ----> Disable ---> Profit is not required to pay

And claimed that the members are suspicious And not giving evidence of cheating There is no way of knowing what members are doing wrong, as if you were able to close your account at any time. And of course the company hopes to profit Must close the account when completing the questionnaire

Suggest not to cheat because definitely

Lifepoints is a fairly new survey site that acquired two other well known sites this year. Excellent format and the reward system seems fair and adds up nicely. Worth you while to give it a try,

I've been a member of Global Test Market for 2 years and make some money through a points system. When you have 1000 points if request your payment they will send it to your PayPal i have no problem.

Canceled My Account!
October 21, 2023

I applied to LifePoints through LinkedIn which is a reliable job search website. I did the surveys. Some were fun but some were super boring and long. I FINALLY reached my $5 mark which is when you can cash out. At that point I got kicked out! I tried logging back in and it said my account had been canceled and to contact LifePoints for more information. IN there Terms and Conditions it says that if your account gets locked out they can review it and easily reopen it for you. I put multiple requests in for assistance and they finally got back with me saying "Unfortunately, your membership and/or participation did not allow us to fulfill our obligation or meet the expectations we set for ourselves. Therefore, the original decision to close your account remains." This was after I requested that they tell me what I did specifically and they would not. I think this company is a SCAM. It takes 30-40 mins to complete most 100 point surveys. I wasted my time to only make $5 and then get my account canceled for no reason. It could've been great if they actually held their side of things and payed people accordingly.

Great survey site

One of the best surveys sites, with many 10 to 20 minute surveys. I havent had much luck with better-paying or inhome test surveys lately, but this site is always running and legit.

No shame in their dirty game! File CFPB and FTC complaints and make LifePoints an example of these pieces of $#*!! After opting out and blocking them, these $#*!s still penetrate my email accounts with absolutely no respect for The Anti-Spam Act.The law was passed in 2003 to address unwanted commercial email, and applies to all commercial messages, regardless of whether they are sent to consumers or businesses. The law requires that commercial messages:
Tell recipients how to opt out
Honor opt-out requests promptly
Include a valid postal address
Include a clear explanation of how to opt out
Process opt-out requests for at least 30 days
Honor a recipient's opt-out request within 10 business days
The CAN-SPAM Act also establishes rules for subject lines, disclosures, and headers. The law sets penalties for those who break the rules, with each violation costing up to $16,000.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is responsible for enforcing the CAN-SPAM Act.

I am constantly pulling teeth to get my money. My best advise is filing federal compalints with the CFPC and the FTC for sanctions and penalties. These on-line survey companies are profiting off the sweat of innocent applicants and are hurt by the deception. There's no phone number and they hide like cowards to avoid confrontation. I am owed over 1,200 points and to this day have not been able to get these assholes to respond with any kind of help. If you'r around their neighborhood, show up at the door pissed off.and ready to punch the culprit in the face for lying to society.

Answer surveys earn points, sounds simple enough when you complete a survey. Sometimes after a few minutes survey stops, guess that happens occasionally.

They send loads of surveys to you that aren't very long and I've got quite a few product samples as well. They pay well for surveys in my opinion and I usually earn £30 every 3 weeks.

I have been with this site about 4 years earned quite a bit but after a while they terminate your account without warning taking your points with them. I contacted them and they told me I had requested to unsubscribe, I replied telling them that had had done no such thing and asked them why would I unsubscribe when I had £20 worth of points to redeem, but they did not reply. I re-registered 12 months later as someone sent me a link for the site, I used my new email address and was taking surveys with them for about 3 years and then my account was deleted again when I was nearing payout. I emailed them, they say the reason was something to do with my profile. I asked them for more info and they told me my profile info was incorrect and there system automatically deletes accounts if it finds discrepancies. There was no discrepancies in my profile I can assure you. The info required on profile is name, home address, email etc and it was kept up to date. All I can say is that they a deliberately deleting accounts to avoid payout and when questioned about it they act dumb and try to say that we have requested to unsubscribe or there are dependencies on profile all of which are untrue. Do not trust this site, it is a scam they have you giving up your time taking surveys and when you reach the payout amount you want they terminate your account without notice, and refuse to reactivate it, they are frauds

FRAUD

Been doing surveys & was just trying to redeem then suddenly close my membership & telling me that I violated something but they can't reveal what it was. Letting us do 30 minutes survey but not letting us get what we work with our time. Total fraud on a different level. NOT WORTH OUR TIME. TOTALY DISCOURAGE MY FRIEND TO PARTICIPATE ON THIS...

Waste of Time

I regularly take part in surveys and there are some great websites which really do give you great compensations. But GlobalTestMarket is just a waste of time.

They send me tons of invites saying there is a survey matching your profile. Once I am halfway through a boring survey hoping that I just need to answer a few more questions and I will get your points, I get a message that you have been screened out. 90% of the times I am screened out of a survey after having answered most of the questions which feels like a waste of time.

So I decided I will just redeem the points I have and close my account. They do not let you redeem points unless you have 1000 points in your cart even though there are many gift cards which are of much lower value. This is the first survey site where I saw this.

So I contacted the customer care saying I would like to close my account and before closing I would like to redeem the points I have accumulated for a gift card for the same points which is there in the website. I get a reply saying how to close the account nothing regarding the points. I emailed back still no reply.

So guys stay away from this site. Its a waste of time. They will take your details and your time but would in no way compensate you.

Looks like I am in good company. I have been doing surveys for this outfit since before they were online. Back then you responded by snailmail. When, a few days ago, I responded to the usual email survey invite and my account was suddenly inactive, they did email back but it was not helpful. So I kept emailing them, several times and got the reply that a case was started in their new help center and a link to their new help center (which I cannot access because my account is inactivated). The reply also said that soon nobody will be able to get help by emailing them because they are making it so you have to go to the help center to complain! So if your account is inactivated they won't even have to hear from you. I had read in a review somewhere online that these guys were the #1 rated survey site on the internet. And they were good and quick payers, for me, until now. But in my book they are crap. Don't sign up.

Update: After about 2 weeks of silence in which I assumed they were done wth me, I received an email to the effect that my account had been fixed but if I tried to access it before 3 days elapsed it would deactivate again. I waited the 3 days and my account now works again. They are again sending survey invitations and I am taking surveys and receiving credit for them.
