My experience was somewhat different than most. I was never accused of deception or booted off of the app. I had accumulated three Amazon gift cards in about two days. Each time I accumulated the threshold amount I would cash out the points. I never let them build up. I was never paid for them. For each I received confirmation. It's stated on their website that the longest you wait for payment is ten days. It came and went. I wrote them about it and never received a response. I've had their app for just a few months. I've cashed out about seven times, altogether. I had been paid, previously. It was a surprise when this started to happen. It looks and started out as a legitimate way to make a few measly bucks. It's disappointing to discover that it's just another unhelpful, dishonorable, online scam. You may get paid or you may not. Also, I stopped receiving surveys. At first they decreased to a trickle. Eventually, they just stopped. Gosh, I sound like a jilted lover. I just hate deception in any form. If money is your motivation, I'd stay away. The pay for me was just under fifty percent.
Never join this. Wasted your time! I've been a member of lifepoints for 3 years. At first I got lots of surveys and cash out is ok(2-3 months). Then, suddenly I got no surveys at all for almost a year. I complained, they reset my account, I got surveys again for 2-3months, then it happens again. No survey. This cycle happens 3 x. And the last time, last week, my account get banned when I try to cash out my rewards. Overwhelming violation, they said. If I violate then I should be banned when doing surveys and not when cashing out my rewards. I've read through their terms, and don't understand which point I violate. When I asked, it's secret, they said. I feel it is very unfair, if I violate then, why am I just being banned after 3 years? So based on what happened, I think they have no money to pay me out. It's going bankruptcy, because as seen recently, all the surveys I got are similar. And also, many reviews recently also shown the same problem. Another possibility is that, you are only allowed to cash out until certain amount and then you either got no survey or being banned. So, conclusion. Don't waste your time with this site. My 2-3 months effort goes to junk!

Worst survey company ever. They have a help section, but they just continually ignore you & always mark problems as solved even when they're not. They run one survey about 4 times a year called my personal diary where you record what healthcare items(toothpaste mouthwash etc) you use during a week.The rewards is 750 points, but for the past 3 + years they initially only give 580 points, meaning you have to waste your own time raising a query not ask for the missing points & when they bother to reply, ask you wait up to a month for them to look into. This despite their invite clearly offering the 750 points.Ive continually asked them to rectify for future surveys, but they just ignore you
Another gripe you complete a survey are awarded the points then a few weeks later with no prior communication they deduct points from your balance.Ive lost in excess of 200 points this way & when you raise a ticket they reply it was a blooper moments & the points were incorrectly awarded. I always challenge this BS as I keep full proof of what I've completed & ask for the survey details of the points in question, then they change & say your answers did not satisfy our criteria, so which is it? I then ask for their proof as to how their criteria was never satisfied, they NEVER answer just mark the query as solved, then ignore all future contact. They deduct what they want when they want, unethical fraudsters
They do what they want when they want & will always ignored you no matter the query, my advice don't ever sign up for this site. Customer care is never ever considered. AVOID at all costs

I often do surveys from Lifepoints while sipping coffee. It makes sense that I use their wonderful rewards to buy Starbucks cards. If you don't like coffee there are other rewards.

This week i have has 2 called with people calling me by my x army name! There has only been 1 document in the past 15 years with that name and thats on this pc and iv only installed the MC+ this year on this pc that info is not out there so im 100% its come from life-point and there software MC+

AND THEY OPEN DOCUMENTS WITH IN YOUR PC and EXTRACT SENSITIVE INFORMATION WITH OUT PERMISSION!

I was a member of life points back for years back when it was known as 'My Survey' 6 months ago they locked my account. When I inquired about it they said they would look into it but they have yet to provide me with an explanation. They said I could provide information to appeal but never explained why so I don't know what I could have done. I had over 5,000 points stores and lost it all. BE CAREFUL OF YOU JOIN. THEY MIGHT DO THE SAME TO YOU!

I have never had any problems with them. I find them a lot easier than my survey was. Most of the surveys I get if you do not succeed you still get 2 points.
LifePoints is a great place to take survey and earn things. I have been a member for some time too. Its a way one can share their ideas, opinions and experience about various things.

Well i was with Lifepoihts for quite a few months and was pleased that i made more points then woth other survey sites. Only around a $10 gift card a month average the only issue i didnt like was waiting a week to get your digital reward after cashing out. Then when i had racked up enough points to cash out finally for a $25 gift card abruptley i got an error message saying i.my accoubt had been closed. Took 2 weeks for some idiot frim their customer service to get back to me to just say my account was closed do to my survey responses. Also i was being bombarded with telemarketer phone calls ever since i joined this site. It looks like they sell your info let you take surveys for a little while then cancel your account before you can cash out points. Very shady company i hope they are closed down soon.

Frequent surveys with excellent, frequent rewards that can be paid out in multiple ways. Of all of the survey/rewards programs I have tried, Lifepoints has been the most beneficial.

The website is easy to use; and I like the variety of giftcards. It would be nice if the website would also have Walmart or Food Lion giftcards; but if not then they are still good.
When the site and app work correctly, its a decent place to take a survey and earn point. But I continuously had problems with the website and app both locking up or having issues loading. They stop responding to the point I have to shut down, wait a few minutes and try again. My internet connection is not the issue as I have access to two different providers and the issue happens on both. Can't be the browser I'm using, consider the issue happens on both a browser and their app. One day I tried to load their webpage and got a bad gateway error so obviously they have occasional server problems. Most survey sites will get you a payout at either 500 ($5) or 1000 ($10) but for whatever dumb reason LP is different and you need more. In addition I really believe there is a limit to how many surveys you can do a day, as last night I was 50 pts shy of a payout and from 5-6p it kept saying no surveys, with no indication anywhere of any kind of limit, and then this morning I logged into it and I had 10 waiting for me to try. There were some surveys also that said I'd get a certain payout but when I was done, they only gave half of that. This maybe a legit place to do surveys but at the same time they do things that make me question their ethics and their ability to truly run a legit site... maybe get yourself a better site provider so your site and app don't just lock up because of connection it's or just crash altogether, and while you're at it, be transparent (if you say I'm gonna get 100 pts for completing then give me 100 pts, not 50). If things can be fixed and improved I'd be ok with taking surveys here

Mysurvey has turned into a scam site! You will complete a week long survey with various profile surveys and after you finally submit it will go to error. Then you will spend even more time messaging costumer service and they will copy paste messages and mark it as solved even though Its not! Do not waste your time with this site because I have worked for them for free plenty of times because this has happened before with the week diaries and surveys. They write you off saying it will take 6 weeks to look into it and if you don't get credit we will not have an explanation wtf?! SCAM. MEANWHILE other sites would literally just give you the daMN 400 pts so you could finally cash out for a dare I say it actual reward! Do not sign up for this ratchet scam site or do so if you want to waste time with supposed costumer service and work for free. It's a shame because it used to be a stand up company until it changed owner. I more then second everyone that's shared my exact experience it's not just my situation it's how it is for everyone here it goes to error after you submit to avoid getting any credit that you completed and worked for. Disgusted with this site!
DO NOT sign up with this company. They lie about the time it takes to complete the surveys, usually about DOUBLE the time! Some seem like they will never end! They ask you a series of questions and you think your taking the survey due to the amount of time spent, the it just suddenly ends for no reason and your given a lousy 1 point for some sweepstake drawing that won't occur for months and obviously has thousands of entrants into it and doles out about 8 small prizes! Seriously. I've spent 2 hours doing surveys only to never receive credit for my time and no valid response when contacting them. One survey prompted me to allow them webcam use of me while watching an ad. I select NO, then it takes me to another page again encouraging me to select the webcam option and offering 250 bonus points for doing this. I hesitantly elect to do it, as I want to get to a reward level asap so I can stop be done. Of course, they lied and failed to credit me the 250 bonus points! No response when I asked where my promised points were. This company is awful, they are using people and lying. I plan to report them to the BBB. If you want to waste your time, then sure join, otherwise RUN!
I used this platform for 4 months on a daily basis, and I found that Lifepoints had insightful and interesting surveys to complete. I like to provide feedback so this platform was allowing me to do that whilst giving me rewards. After changing my e-mail, and submitting the first request for Paypal payment instead of Amazon voucher, I was straight away de-activated, with zero reason provided. I use 5 other platforms and have done this for over 6 years with zero issues, so I find this baffling that they de-activated me. Not sure why they just closed my account and removed my £10 worth of points, but looks like if you change your e-mail and start requesting a cash payment instead of Amazon voucher, they just cut you off. I would be really happy to regain access to my account and carry on with Amazon vouchers. I already checked the Help section of the website ("Why-was-I-disabled-from-LifePoints") and I am very disappointed that I was de-activated as it has never happened with any other platforms.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
