I was suddenly denied access to my account for no good reason after redeeming 600 points for a $5.00 PayPal load and wanted to know why. I linked my PayPal account to LifePoints and submitted an email change to match it. I submitted a ticket and I have now received an email stating that my account was closed due to inactivity when I had just recently resumed taking surveys! I was constantly receiving emails to "make your opinions count". I discovered that I joined LifePoints in July of 2021 via my yahoo email address and my account has been active ever since. I recently started taking surveys again after receiving numerous emails to do so. After receiving a bit over 600 points, I decided to redeem them for $5 via PayPal. Since my PayPal username was different from the LifePoints, it was advised through "The Support Team" to link the two in order for the $5 to be added to my account. Don't trust them! I'm contacting law enforcement. It's only $5, but I gave up personal information which is priceless! Totally unacceptable!
Got canceled without a reason or a chance to understand what happened. All the hard work is gone with no chance to get to my account to unsubscribe and delete my data. Privacy issues too.

I needed money. I searched online for any website that would help me while iʻm stuck at home. It brought me to this. I donʻt know if it actually works but i hope it does.

Its funny because they do NOT like paying you what you've earned. When you do too well on their site they will cancel your memebership becasue they are cheap and refuse to pay you. I hope no one wastes their time with this garbage... And BENJAMIN don't comment some crap like your going to "check" it out!

I have seen a few similar reviews of LifePoints so it does seem it's something this company does on a regular basis. After being a member of this website for years, they suddenly blocked my account and forfeited the points I accumulated over the last year. They did not communicate with me and when I finally got a response from someone, it was very vague and it said I violated T&C and my points were taken away. They are refusing to tell me what T&C I violated and only say the evidence is overwhelming. Having looked at the website, I don't see what T&C I violated and it does look like this company does not have any evidence and it's being dishonest. Frankly it does sound like a scam. It's a shame I have spent a lot of time doing these surveys and they refuse to pay for it inventing a non-existing reason. It sounds like a scam to me and if I don't receive any evidence from them, I will be escalating this further. It seems that they are doing this to a lot of people! Poor customer service on top of that: I was basically told 'Your account has been blocked, points forfeited and have a good day!'. So bad!

Like other reviews below things were going well until I tried to claim a reward on May 14th. Soon after I found I could not log in to complete surveys and on inquiry I was informed that I had committed a violation of some description. Further, the evidence was "overwhelming".
I was not told exactly what my transgression was and while the Terms and Conditions inform me that I may appeal, if I do not know what I am charged with it cannot be done.
I am willing to believe Lifepoints made a simple mistake but people have gone silent and I have not received the reward I earned for completing surveys while Lifepoints has presumably been paid for my answers. I go back a long time with Lifepoints and I am suddenly being treated like a criminal.
EDIT
I took Benjamin at his word and applied for an appeal and I received another canned response. They cited their Terms & Conditions which also states that I may file a dispute. However, they will not reveal my alleged transgression which renders me incapable of appealing.
Lifepoints does not follow their own Terms and Conditions.

Lifepoint canceled my membership when I got 550 points. This raises suspicion that they are trying to evade payment. It is not real. This is unacceptable.

Could be a good site, but it takes entirely to long to actually get the rewards you apply for. If you ever question them about rewards you will no longer be matched with any surveys. There are far better sites that dont take two weeks to pay out rewards.
Life Points is a fun and interesting panel and you can learn things from doing the surveys. They send surveys every day, and they are varied which makes it interesting.

They treat ppl like monkeys giving them bananas aka 80 points. So tired of clicking on a survey for them and it says 10 minutes and the survey says we have a fun survey for you that will take 34 minutes, NO BIATCH! I clicked on a 10 minute survey, WHY YOU LIE? Then at the end did you like our surveys HELL F-ING NO! The best way to deal with these surveys is to LIE so thats what I do. You wanna treat me like a POS, you get POS answers.
I really like Life Points but you need more surveys. For people like me. Older people instead of trying to find a survey to match us. That makes it hard for us to earn points.
My account was deactivated for uncalled for reasons I have never cheated on a survey and was accused of suspicious activity the only activity to me that is suspicious is deactivating my account after I cashed out PayPal this website is definitely going to be reported to the bbb

TOTAL SCAM, they deactivated my account with no reason and no explanations. I did not have chance to redeem the points I've collected. Just a waste of time and efforts

They took my personal info and now I can't can't log into my account. I am freaking out. The stupidest $#*! about this is that I have linked my credit card to my the account
You complete larger reviews in total then get error message and no credit. You almost complete entire surveys then get redirected and say you are not what they need!
This is a site that is great and it is not a scam. I have earn lots of money from this site and I would highly recommend it. When I had any problems they addressed it immediately

Always interesting and varied surveys on offer from small quick surveys to week long surveys. Fairly quick on paying up for small surveys, longer surveys can take a while to get redeemed.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
