Once you learn the flow of the new Dashboard, it works better than before, and other survey panel websites. The switch over to the new website was problematic, but generally works very well now, and the problems that do occur aren't necessarily with their website, but with the interface, handshaking, between their website and the website conducting the survey. Yes, it is frustrating to complete survey's, especially long ones, and not receive any points, or very few, but once again the problem may be with the website conducting the surveys. Some survey companies collect a lot of information before they reject you, and the problem lies with them, rather than Lifepoints. They asked for feedback on their new website today (8/8/19) and hopefully they will be able to make further improvements in their website. (I have written code and designed websites in the past, but have no affiliation with this website or business, other than earning points from taking their surveys, the same as any other customer.)

They are scum dogs getting free answers and then they say u got screened out the mutha fukkers! Funny how its always about 95% of the survey that u get screened out. They get there answers and then fuk u off.
I have even contacted AMSRS and they dont give a fuk either the cok sukkers!
I was only a few points away from completing the first reward for completed surveys when my membership was revoked with no explanation. Help center was NO help. Lifepoints is a joke.

Update: I left 5 stars review some time ago because of their customer service and have to change it now to be fair. Their customer service is now not that good. For some reason one day I stopped receiving their emails and all surveys are gone from my homepage... I was trying to contact them, but all their responses were - everything is working, you have to clear caches, surveys are not available, nothing wrong is on our end, etc... or just ignored my messages and closed tickets without even responding to them. They checked and reset my account in one month only even though I asked them to do that all the time, for the whole month they did not even want to check. Before that I also had an issue with some surveys that I also needed help with, but support team just did not want to check or help, repeated themselves that it's nothing wrong or closed my tickets without even responding on them. I was able to get heard only with BBB help.Very disappointed with their current customer support.
Since MySurvey and Global Test Market merged into LifePoints, I never had any issues with them. I enjoy their surveys, they respond to tickets quickly and with relevant information. Reward processing time is a little bit longer compared to other websites. Apart from processing time being longer, everything is good. Their website is well organized and easy to navigate, it's easy to deal with their customer service as they actually read customer's tickets.

I signed up for mysurvey and then changed my mind and I may never get rid of them. Weeks ago I signed up for mysurvey but wised up and got out before doing one survey. Once I found out about the legitimacy of this company, I immediately tried to OPT out and cancel even though I'm not completely registered according to them. I finally got to a page for customer service that asked me "what can we help you with?" I thought finally. I told them I do not want to be a member anymore any stop sending me your stupid surveys (7)to (10) times a day & submitted it. Not only did I not get a response but within (15) minutes I received (2) more surveys. That's(4) surveys I received already before 11am today. I had them going to my Spam box anyway.
Keep in mind, when I did try to log in my account for the sole purpose of unsubscribing, I am directed to finish registering with mysurvey.com If I'm not registered, why are you sending me 7 to 10 surveys a day. I'm just going to wait it out, eventually they will stop.
Excellent to be a part of Lifepoints and can continue to enjoy doing the surveys in the future.
Can not wait to receive the next one. Looking forward to using the points earned for good things

Mostly very interesting and informative surveys with very good rewards. The surveys keep my brain active and as I am retired I do not like to vegetate
I tried to signup using my google account, but they denied my account so i have opened query with help center, after 3 days i got mail from help center and they todl that i am not eligble du to not passing through security criteria, but i have filled all corret information, i also got verification email and using that i tried to verify my account then why not able to pass the security criteria, and after that i again open query related to which security criteria not passing my account, for that they are not giving any proper answer, and if we pass the security criteria then they again block account and showing message that please try after 30 days currently membership not available for you then please remove your membership button if membership is not available, why geeting personel details from user based on dummy membership button using, if membership is not available

Update: still owe me $40. They originally said they were processing my 2400 points($20), but I never got it. Then, they gave me an additional 2400 points($20) as a gift and said, "enjoy". When I asked where first $20 was and if they were still in business, they said I violated their rules and terminated my account and forefeited all my points. They did further review, supposedly, and have "Overwhelming evidence" that I violated their rules. But, they can't show me the evidence! LOL. Total B. S.! They stiffed a 67 year old retiree out of $40! Here is their nonsensical reply: Sophia (LifePoints)

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
