The rewards option is not bad, but earning points to redeem for a reward takes forever. Also, their policy says - points will be expired if not redeemed (not if there is no activity in the account). They notify members about points expiration with a banner in the account (not via email) and the banner not always appears. This happened to me back in 2020 and now. I logged in to my account to check if my points are expiring and there was no notification, but couple days later I saw points deducted. I lost over ******* points, which is a lot especially taking into account how hard to make them on this website. They said they cannot replicate the error, so they cannot believe this happened. (Why would not I redeemed if they notified me? I had enough points for redemption) I had multiple issues with this website in addition to the points expiration without any warnings (I did not receive the correct amount from the games, had an issue with redemption, with surveys when they are not crediting...) They said they appreciate my loyalty and will reissue 5000 (I lost over *******), but even that they never credited. I have been with them for so long, but they do not appreciate this at all.)I am very disappointed with this website now, their customer support is not helpful.

Update: I left 5 stars review some time ago because of their customer service and have to change it now to be fair. Their customer service is now not that good. For some reason one day I stopped receiving their emails and all surveys are gone from my homepage... I was trying to contact them, but all their responses were - everything is working, you have to clear caches, surveys are not available, nothing wrong is on our end, etc... or just ignored my messages and closed tickets without even responding to them. They checked and reset my account in one month only even though I asked them to do that all the time, for the whole month they did not even want to check. Before that I also had an issue with some surveys that I also needed help with, but support team just did not want to check or help, repeated themselves that it's nothing wrong or closed my tickets without even responding on them. I was able to get heard only with BBB help.Very disappointed with their current customer support.

Since MySurvey and Global Test Market merged into LifePoints, I never had any issues with them. I enjoy their surveys, they respond to tickets quickly and with relevant information. Reward processing time is a little bit longer compared to other websites. Apart from processing time being longer, everything is good. Their website is well organized and easy to navigate, it's easy to deal with their customer service as they actually read customer's tickets.

I enjoyed Swagbucks and used it for years. I never had any issues with them before. Suddenly they blocked me and provided no explanation. They asked for my ID which I sent to them twice, but it has not yet been reviewed... They said I have violated something, but this is not true. I am very disappointed. I am still waiting for them to review my account. I hope they will read my review here and contact me.

The worst.
They blocked my account one time about 1 year ago, they accepted it was an error and unblocked it, but removed all points from my account. They even called me and tried to convince I never had points in my account. Well, I started collecting points, but several months ago they blocked me again. It was an error again and they unblocked my account. That time they left my points. Again they blocked me just recently and this time they told me that I was blocked due to suspisious answers history or something like this. I noticed a lot of people were blocked at the same time with the same "reason". I never had a chance to redeem my points and this company just owe me around 19$ now. Terrible company.

Tellwut is my favorite website for taking surveys. Their superb customer service makes Tellwut very unique. They always read your questions and concerns, never send you non-sense responses as all other similar companies. Redemption process is quick and easy, gift cards options are great. I love that we can leave comments under members surveys and communicate with other members this way.

I am registered at 20+ survey websites, and PrizeRebel is the worst. Customer service is terrible - they never respond any emails, they just block you instead with no reason. When they block you on the website, they also block you on social media, like Facebook, so you will not be able to contact them at all. I have never had such experience with any other survey websites. They even do not want to look into the issue, just send a generic response when see my review about them on other websites. What can be worse?
