After doing surveys for a year at $2 an hour I built up $165 worth of points, they refused to pay. Stealing from a retired senor citizen.
Points are never added to my total when screened out when it says they should be added instantly, although it's only 2 points, they still aren't added

Some surveys require only a limited number of responses per category, for example, from a region or age group. Sometimes the number of participants needed for a certain survey is reached very quickly and we are forced to close the survey as soon the quota is reached.

Lifepoints is a great way to earn a little extra money by taking surveys. I was a member of their previous website & Lifepoints is a great improvement.
Since change to new format I think the site is much better and easier to navigate. I have nefver had any problems with site and always recieved my rewards promptly.

I've been doing surveys by the hundreds for these folks only to be lied to & closed my acct dwn took all my Amazon rewards that were overdue to me along w/1500+ points I haven't recieved for allowing KANTR TO USE MY CAMERA on numerous occasions & the 7 day beverage survey with the same people! I HAVE MADE GOOD $$ UP UNTIL THE LAST FEW WEEKS. Guessing they needed my Christmas money I worked hard for more than they assumed I did! They are thieves... STAY FARFARAWAY

I have waiting for almost a month for payments from LifePoints. LifePoints claims that they paid me through venmo. I have no receipt of deposit from them. And Venmo nor Quee has not received any redemption points or any deposits. LifePoints even closed my account claiming I violated something with absolutely no reason. I sought after my payments and they closed my accounts. They claim to hold high standards and moral ethical company. What they are doing is not right. To lie and not pay me for my time and working on their surveys is not ethical or legal.
These are the emails are the typical responses I have received each time from LifePoints. And obviously I still have not been rewarded with payments. Points 1,725 = $17.25. To me that alot.

I really like LifePoints but I find that since I'm over 60 I get some really boring and long surveys. I'd like to have some surveys that don't deal with insurance of any kind, banking or cars.
When you reach a specific points they delete your account for no reason.
Stay aweay from this site they dont even care about people STAY AWAY!

When I first started with LifePoint's panel I was impressed with how professional it was. LifePoints is part of Lightspeed LLC and they are under the umbrella of Kantar. It was a great site until it wasn't.
The first thing I noticed was that the rewards that I had applied for and that were processing were suddenly returned to my account. I thought perhaps PayPal was offline or something. The next day I couldn't access my account. I emailed atleast 3 times and I have received no reply.
I am 71 years old, on a fixed income and LifePoints made sure that they got their 20$ back of money I had legally earned. I have no idea why my account was "unavailable" or why I received no explanation.

This company is not honest. I have been doing MS surveys for a few years and couldn't work out why the "suitability" test questions began appearing several months ago NOT at the start of a survey, but in the middle or even right at the END of the survey, as has yesterday again just occurred! Then a screen appears advising 'you've done this survey before' (which isn't true) or "you're not suitable to do the survey"! Being placed in the middle or at the end of course means the company gets your answers and data, and doesn't have to pay you for your precious time in doing the surveys! It gets ripped away before you can complete it. This is NOT what was promised me when I signed up with MS. I signed up to honestly answer PAID surveys - not have them ripped off before I could complete them! When I complained I was told I 'hadn't finished the survey' and that's why I "couldn't" be paid!" I've never struck this dishonesty with ANY other survey company. Don't waste your time - My Survey are CHEATERS. P.S. After many months since writing this review and reading other posters' comments about all the data being collected but MS then shutting them out, I'm starting to wonder if this even may be a front for ID theft!
Please open surveys for me and let me use my lifepoints in my account they deactivate me from my account I dnt kno why otherwise the website is amazing

You WILL NEVER CASH OUT. They will take all your info then say you screened out. They will never get to that cash out! I had to delete my account. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I've qestion aor problem sometimes, I always get an answer. I get answer by the next day.
The version(LifePoints is much better getting the answer correct.

If u are looking for a survey site that really pays join this one. You can have your payments go to your paypal account. No scams at all!
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
