Away to earn extra cash(vouchers). The last 3 months I have earned over £75 in vouchers all used on amazon to purchase gym weights, protein.

Watch out folks this is a complete scam. At the end of several surveys i got no points. My survey gets 0 out of 10. Do not waste your time with them.
I signed up recently and an hour later my account got disabled because I didn't pass the "security checks" what security checks?

After reading other people's reviews of Life points I totally agree! Waste of time!
I thought that it was something I did wrong but it ends up it wasn't only me that was being scammed.
Shut me out after 2 weeks when I spent ages setting up my profile and completing surveys. Turns out my membership did not meet their "quality standards" and I wasn't providing "honest and consistent survey responses"?!
I challenged this and got an equally negative response from them (pics attached).
Their Customer service help desk is no help at all
Do not waste your time signing up. My only regret was not cashing in on my points when I had the chance. Total SCAM!
ADDIT October 3rd 2023: I have now been asked by Benjamin B (Lifepoints representative) to open another ticket with the zen desk which I did. The response I received was a carbon copy "word for word" response of the response I received last time?! (See attached image) They couldn't even add any new information. I am therefore adding this to my review. It's pretty poor customer service and a complete waste of my time.
I will not be pursuing this matter further as my time is extremely valued and rewarded with all the other survey websites I am happily part of.

I joined Lifepoints about a month ago they sent me a ton of surveys I thought ok this is a great way of making some extra money I did all the survey's I qualified for and brought my balance up to get a $40 Egift card submitted in for it over 2 weeks later still waiting for this so I tried to login to see what the problem was I can't login my membership keeps saying not available I sent them a Email to ask why I keep getting this message and why they haven't gave me my Egift card but they haven't replied total scams I put all my time into the survey's for nothing I wish I had of seen these reviews before I wish I had never jouned

It's a complete and utter scam. They take your time and don't compensate you for it. Avoid like the plague.
Great maybe different kind like music. Makeup movies fitness clothing or different stores. But I do enjoy doing the survey

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
