I earned over 3000 points, but I'm not allowed to redeem for 2 months. Many requests for help ignored.
Apparently I am not the only one to receive a gift card as payment from them that is not useable because they don't provide a barcode.

Take surveys, earn points, and redeem points for rewards. I just wish they would have a Visa or Mastercard option to purchase with points.
If you want to influence products and many other opportunities as well as kill some time this is a fun place to do surveys
They stopped giving me surveys right when i needed only one survey to get 5euros from the website and i have seen this same scam many times before.

I have been on thier site now for OVER 5+ years, all the way BACK to GLOBAL TEST MARKET...
All of the sudden I couldnt LOG IN, I emailed them, they replied said I violated thier TOS, that is total BS, NOT True been on thier sites for OVER 5 years. They just RIPPED ME OFF for the points in my account.
Now Ill file COMPLAINTS with the BBB (I believe they are in NEW JERSEY)

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
