“FAR TO DIFFICULT TO GET COMPUTER TO RECOGNIZE WEB ADDRESS”

I have tried unsuccessfully to get my computer to recognize lifepoints web address, so I can do the surveys, but I keep trying.

My lightspeed points should have carried over. Where are they? PLEASE TELL ME!
