Like many many others, Lifepoints cancelled my account and took away my points for allegedly breaking their terms, which I had not done. It seems they do this to everybody after they have used you for a bit. Many many similar complaints if you search. Do not use!

As soon as I had enough rewards I purchased the $25 Amazon card. All of a sudden my account was deactivated. I received an email saying I violated the rules. All I have done is complete surveys almost every day and have answered honestly. They don't even have the decency to tell me what I supposedly did wrong. This is a total scam. They received my information. I did so many surveys for them (enough for over 3000 points) and as soon as I go to cash in they claim I have suddenly violated rules.

I have given 1 star, if I could have given none I would have! On several occasions, they would get you to start the survey's and once you have answered questions, which often took me 20 minutes to half hour would then say, we have our quota and you get a big NOTHING in return for them screening you out. In other words, you are doing the survey for nothing. They also take forever to pay you and should do what the better market researchers do and pay you in multiples of say £10 instead of working for a whole year for £50 answering numerous surveys! Never again!
Bad, avoid. They deactivated my account because according to them I didn't do enough surveys, a pity that I logged in daily and very often it didn't let me access the surveys due to a system error. Bad service.

You have several surveys everyday and most give even 2 points even if you don't qualify to answer questions. Most are fairly short with easy to understand questions that are not overly long. Fun surveys with many subjects.
I had been with this site for a few years, taking surveys daily and being honest. I was just about to log in to ask why I have not received the 10 dollars they owed me ( you have to wait up to 10 days for your money) when I couldn't log on because they cancelled me, without any reason nor notification. I am still in shock. I have never had this happen before with any other survey site I am on. It's nasty enough that you are cancelled with no reason and to add further insult not pay you. I have my confirmation numbers when I cashed out but what good is that? I have reported this to Survey Police as well so others won't be scammed

My Survey was once my favorite survey but when I last reached my payout time they kept locking me out of my account. I tried several times to alleviate the situation. I finally got them to open my account long enough to spend most of my point rewards but then they locked my account again. I finally gave up on them.

Once you fill out the required forms you receive numerous emails requesting you fill out surveys. Some surveys shut down in the middle of filling them out, some say they are no longer available, and some bring you to an error page. Big waste of time.

I've tried most survey sites and this is the best and most honest one out there. I've earned alot with them and any problems they sort out quickly so if you are thinking of wanting to earn a bit cash then lifepoints is it.
I just do not understand how every Blog all these guys that write about these companys, say that this is one of the best survey sites i hate to say that this is my number one for the worst survey sites and the funny thing is they would send me 10 to 15 survey a day but most of them you could never get on the site to take them. In 3 months i took 1 survey but every day i had 10 to 15 to take, But i would still Love to know how all these guys that write reviews can say that mysurvey is one of the best. How much are they getting paid to say that they are good.
This is really a scam.
I had many issues with them, but the most frustrating is when they sent me a survey for over £1 and that took me over 25mins; just at the end, they decide there is a bug. I sent multiple emails and tickets to them, but no one cared to even acknowledge me. Then when I decide to unsubscribe, they answer to many of my emails and ticket.

I changed my email simple enough we all do it, but to these clowns it impossable, i have contacted them many times to no avail, nothing. I have used them for years no problem but this is bad, i would close the account but there is over £40 pounds of my money in rewards in there and i cant get it. All because i changed my email. Do not use!

I've never violated and terms
I've contacted the Better Business Bureau because these people are committing fraud and need to be held accountable
All I want now is my money for my time and effort.

MySurvey, which is owned by the consumer research company, Taylor Nelson Sofres, pays users to participate in consumer research surveys conducted by various participating companies. There is also a referral system that allows users to earn when they recruit new users to the site.
MySurvey.com actually pays in points, which can then be traded for cash, with one thousand points equaling ten dollars. Ten dollars is the minimum cash out amount.
Referring new users wins a user one hundred and fifty points ($1.50) for each person who qualifies and actively takes surveys.
The reviews for MySurvey mainly consist of users complaining that the payout per completed survey has dropped drastically from seventy five points ($0.75) to just ten to thirty points ($0.10 to $0.30), regardless that some of their surveys can last up to forty five minutes. This certainly places MySurvey in the slave-labor category.
Lifepoints was a decent survey velicle. Lately the frequency of completed surveys states that they fill up to quickly. You complete a survey pay what is promised. Also, the surveys seem to be biased against senior citizens. Fo not shotgun every survey, you know their target audience.

The LifePoints survey is legit. When my points reached 666, I immediately redeemed with the 500 pesos Lazada Ecert. After four days, I received a confirmation of my order and the gift card code from Lazada. Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
