I am very frustrated. I have done surveys for My Survey/Lightspeed for several years. I have about 12.00 owed to me and now I cannot sign in and they do not respond, even after contacting them 5 times. I filed a complaint with the BBB in NJ where their home "office" is but have only received an acknowledgement that they had been contacted and were waiting for a response.
This is an excellent site to take surveys. They have a wide range of different surveys, not to short or too long. They also have a good selection of payment options and process payments in a timely manner.
I give this 3 stars only because they pay. Being an American company I expected them to pay in American. Not the case. The pay in Canadian just to save some pennies. Just another business that you work hard at for little pay.
I have been part of my survey for over 10 years. They made my account inactive years ago for no reason, I was able to get them to reactive it by calling them. Now my account has been inactive for well over 6 months. I have tried emailing them several times without a respond. Then the last time I emailed them my email gets return as "undeliverable". I haven't been able to find a phone number for them. It is very annoying since I had thousands of point saved.
I was a member of lifepoints for three days. They terminated my membership for what ever reason that I still don't know. I asked for clarification but they said that they do not comment on how they conduct their investigations. Looking at all the reviews this company is getting it looks like they are bilking members to get a few surveys out of them and then booting them so that won't have to pay the rewards. They are shameless company.
Like others you fill out surveys and get 90% through and the next page states that you have been screened out or not qualified. That is a scam since they have all your personal info and should be sending you pertinent surveys. They take your answers and then dump you. Besides they are one of the cheapest and their customer service sends you generic replys.
I've been doing surveys with Lifepoints for several months & am satisfied for the most part now. I usually loose about 500+ points monthly that I earn. You have to just chalk it up because you can't speak to a real person. I could go on and on and on but to let you all know that I have made more money than I have lost with them! The PayPal vouchers & Amazon eCards sure do come in handy.

Complete con. They never allocate your rewards and customer services are rude! I'd been with MySurvey for about 15 years and in the beginning, I couldn't fault them but in the last year or two, points not allocated, frozen out of surveys, I tried complaining but got nowhere and they wanted the no. Of the survey. I mean who writes down the no. Of the survey you're about to complete. I was so frustrated I deleted my account along with about £10 owed to me. AVOID!
Legit app for surveys! Been using life points for 3 months now they give you more points and shorter surveys! It takes 3-5 days to receive the rewards but it surely gets deposited! Thank you Life points!

I earned enough to cash out on a 5 dollar gift card and all of a sudden I could not access my account I'm locked out I never received my 5 dollar gift card nor a response back after several emails to customer service. I spent alot of my valuable time and they got all my personal information and I never received my gift card. This is a scam once you cash out they lock you out of your account and don't respond.

I have been a member of lifepoints for the past few months now. And I get several surveys a week, some I do not qualify for but unlike other survey sites, I do not spend a lot of time on the site before they tell me I'm not qualified. When I do not qualify, Lifepoints will still usually award me with 2 or 3 points just for trying. It's not a lot but they do add up after a while which is good. Most other survey sites don't do this.
Also whenever I've had an issue and have written to lifepoints, I have received a response within 48 hours with a resolution. So I'm very happy about that. They have very good customer service and I get a fair amount of surveys. I don't make a lot of money but I am able to get enough points for an Amazon gift card or some other gift card. And I get paid within a few days 3 to 5 days.
I highly recommend signing up for lifepoints!

I feel like a fool because despite reading awful reviews about thus site, I decided to give it a try.
Well Took this very first survey and after painstakingly reaching 'finish', I was told that I had already taken the survey. Please note this was my first survey and i was shown the door only after finishing the survey!
I have been earning rewards without any problems with LifePoints since the change from Global Test Market and My Survey, both of which were professional and reliable sites. Some of the surveys are obviously not suitable and I get screened out but anyone that has been doing this kind of income generated pastime for any amount of time will understand that certain companies need input from different individuals and it happens. Payments have always been easy to claim and I have never had any problem. I am a member of several different survey sites and find LifePoints to be one of the most reliable and easy ones to use.
As with many of the other reviews they are effectively fraudsters - regularly scamming info out of you with no reward, if you complain they send endless emails saying everything is resolved after doing and saying nothing
I was a member of "my survey" and now that they have become "life points", I can no longer access my account and points. I have written to them and so far unsuccessful. I can't even be a new member because my account that I can't access, already exists! What a shambles and a waste of time!
Update: They now call me a fraud because I tried to open a new account. Really they are thieves because there are still points in my inaccessible account!

They used to be good when they were NFO... National Family Opinion. I can't even access their site anymore. I have a new email, and I've requested twice to have it changed. No change. I have about $25 worth of points I can't use because I can't access their site. Their help response is: "to change your profile, please access the site". If I could do that I wouldn't be contacting your customer service. I'm fed up with them after using them for over a decade.

I have been taking surveys on GPT sites since 2014 and on other sites since 2010. I came up on this site last year, DO NOT,I REPEAT DO NOT,try to complete all the surveys that they offer you,you will be banned without explaining why. They show you many,many easy surveys to complete for 50,75,100,150 or on a rare occasions,525 points. If you complete $5 a day for 4 or 5 days,you will be banned. You just completed surveys and they don't want to pay you. They robbed, I mean online robbery for $15 for 3 days of $5 each. These surveys haven't been reversed,but they take your money in paranoia of them coming back. I wasted 3 days and $15 with these criminals!

This is probably a pretty unpopular opinion, but don't be fooled by other reviews. Lifepoints has extremely low pay rates. Although they give you quite a number of surveys to do everyday on weekdays, chances are probably only one of them would succeed. For surveys that give you 150 points and above, you are likely to not even get points at the end of the survey because it has already had enough respondents. This is an extremely common occurance, and a complete waste of your time considering surveys that are 150 points and above take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It also takes pretty long for lifepoints to deposit your cash, once I had to wait about a week? Honestly not a good survey site.

I was a member of LifePoints for years, since when it was named MySurvey. I loved being a member and took surveys as a side gig. Eventually I collected enough points to redeem for Amazon gift cards and other stuff, like PayPal. Out of nowhere, they cancelled my membership when I had well over enough points for at least $100. I tried to get an explanation and all I got was a robotic response that others have gotten basically about me violating their Terms of Service. I wanted more specifics because I wasn't sure how I did this. I'm a fast reader and did speed through surveys because of this, and strived to provide honest answers. I'm not sure what it is I did but I was robbed. I only gave them 2 stars simply because of the fun I had being a member and making a little extra money. Don't recommend them!

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.

Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
