I was able to save up a good chunk of points and I withdrew them all at once, got my confirmation email my order is coming. Then couple days later I couldn't log in so I asked them what's going on, they said I violated rules and they canceled my order and closed my account without even telling me. I've been a member for years and never had this happened. What a waste of time! Scammers. Stay away from this site abs find a better one.
I joined my survey a few months ago and thought it was pretty good at first even though it took awhile to get enough points to get an Amazon gift card(which came in my email less than a week later.) So i thought all was good. Then i guess i made the mistake of emailing them to ask a question. They did answer back. But then all of a sudden i would try to log on to my account and kept getting an error page.So i can't get in to my account and i had quite a few points again that i can't use. I've also tried to send them emails and as others have said they come back as undeliverable.
Avoid this panel like a plague and you can thank me later. Lifepoints panel is the worst survey company out there. You will complete their surveys and accumulate enough points to withdraw the amount. And when you request you account will be banned. When you will question that they will state you violated terms and conditions. When you ask them about the specifics they state they are not liable to tell that. This is atrocious behaviour. They intentionally ban you so that you cannot withdraw amounts. And they do not care as their fake positive review imposters will lure in more innocent people to be part of the deceitful system. Also, when I registered my mobile number with them I started receiving so many scam calls on my number. Luckily, it was only a pay as you go phone. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANEL AT ALL COSTS! Save your precious time, energy and resources and join other survey sites.

Well i did enough surveys to get my first reward of $10 going to my paypal and... im blocked! I cant e-mail them to ask them where's my money, cant even log on to the website or get to the help center to ask a question. It just says "404" error. I mean if they dont want me to work for them they could tell me why?

I registered for an account with LifePoints, and got the email to verify my account. As I click on the link to verify, I am greeted with an Error message and was asked to contact Support. So I do. Now, I clearly have not even used my account but the "Support team" is telling me that information I gave during registration was not approved, and that a violation against the term of agreement has been made, and that my account will stay closed. How is that possible I ask, when I have not even used the account? I have replied back several times, and every time I get an automated message in return that does not even seem to be applicable to my situation. Very disheartening.

There has been lack of surveys I have emailed this lazy people and no answer and it's been three days they haven't got back to me.
I haven't seen no no surveys in over five days normally I see surveys every day but not last few days. These people are lazy want answer my email

I was offered a 90 minute survey for 1500 Lifepoints (worth less than 15 GBP). After 255 minutes... yes... 4 hours 15 mins (a bit different from the 90 minutes they stated it would take to complete) I needed a rest, logged off to discover that I was only 38% through the survey. Using those times it would take 720 minutes to complete the '90 minute survey' All customer service say is that it depends on previous answers, some people may take 5 questions to complete whilst others take 20'. In that case it would be more honest to say "this survey will take between 90 and 720 minutes" Sadly I can't recommend this survey company at all.

I was completing a survey yesterday and suddenly my account was canceled. They canceled without any reason. No explanation was giving to me but to wait for a response. I tried to change my password and it still hasn't worked. This is false advertisement me and this website should be reported and shut down immediately. I'm extremely disappointed in them.

This app is hopeless cancelled my membership for no reason. When i tried to reach out to them these people are even not aware about the problem but they have cancelled the membership. It's a genuine site but they do not have a proper support facility and they are bullies who are ruining this entire platform by bullying loyal panelist

I see some of the other reviews on LifePoints and I have never had that experience before. I have redeemed so many gift cards from this site. Answering the surveys are easy, they aren't too long, and they give you points at times even if you don't qualify for the survey. I've even been selected to do a product review, which I love doing. The only thing I can add for those who don't have a good experience on this site is use the "contact us" email and also look at FAQ's to solve your issues. They will answer your email and do their best to solve your problem.
I have been a member of My survey for a number of years. But lately they are really getting on my nerves. Either I fill in a survey says for about 20 mins and when it gets to the end and I press the submit button it comes up as an error. I complain about this but dont give me my points. Or I am promised points for filling a survey and instead I get prize draw entries, but I never win anything. As soon as I get enough points for my next voucher after that im closing my account.
I am frequently very disappointed that I fail to connect to surveys because of the insecure ( tracking) cookies that are allowed by Lifepoints from 3rd Parties, which cause my secure browsers to crash.
The photo I've attached shows a single example of how a Lifepoints link that has just frozen, and won't work on any browser.
It is time consuming to do online surveys but, if you do them on lifepoints you rarely get disqualified and get paid quite reasonably. Definitely not a scam and the customer service reps are great as well. Rare that you need them but when you have a problem in a survey they respond quickly.
I would give them five stars if the payout was a little quicker and there weren't random times that there were no surveys all of a sudden when there's usually a couple dozen. That can be frustrating.

I have been filling out surveys with these guys for years and receiving rewards with no problems.
Recently when I tried to redeem my rewards I was denied and my membership canceled because I did something against their rules. When I questioned as to what I did, they didn't have the decency to to tell me why.
Don't waste your time with these people who are not honest and take advantage of your time.

Surveys are a great way to keep up with what is happening and voice opinions that matter and influence future decisions. LifePoints is a new name for a company that keeps the public involved in diverse issues.
I had be doing surveys for LifePoint for a week,cash out 5 dollars. But after that they cancelled my membership with warning or reasoning. I see that Life Points responds to everyones reviews with the exacts same thing. I will not recommend them.

Ok surveys, sometimes it can take a bit to cash out with this site. The surveys are alright and they do pay... I usually stick with the amazon e-gift card but they do offer paypal as well. Not always steady with sending out surveys but it contributes to making money with surveys.
I can't get into my account and have no idea why it is"no longer valid". I had points in there. What a waste of my time. I emailed *******@mysurvey.com and it bounced back. I set up a new account with a different email but I would like my points that I earned.
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
