I honestly and carefully answered all survey questions to gain a few points, however, they just block my account and forfeited all my points suddenly. And then I emailed them and ask for the reasons, they just replied to me that they have detected suspicious activities... And I go online and check if any solutions with it and then I saw there are lots of people in the same situation, all our accounts are being deactivated without any evidence. Totally disappointing with it, and it's a waste of our time to do the surveys!
I'm in the exact same boat as many of the other reviewers. I logged in one day to find that my account was "temporarily suspended" so I contacted Customer service via email to see if it in fact, was just temporary. After a few days just received the same generic email saying that I had violated their terms. Don't know exactly what I did wrong, but wish someone would tell me so I could fix it or move on. To add insult to injury, I've been dumped by Lifepoints (coincidental wouldn't you say since I'm owed some money) and yet they are still sending me email requests to do surveys.

Lifepoints have recently evolved into a scam, where they terminate your account suddenly to avoid paying out rewards. Wasted several months of my effort and 6000 points. Stay away from this survey panel unless you want to get scammed.

Been using Lifepoints for 4 months. Surveys are not constantly available, probably 1~2 surveys in between days. Was able to get around 2000 points per month - about RM20 for Grabfood voucher. It's not much but I'm satisfied with that.

I just did a grocery survey worth 576 points that took me almost 2 hours of work (the time length on their surveys list page said 50min). I TOOK NO BREAKS! I finally finished it successfully, got to the end, and the redirect window popped up with "Session expired." So, of course, there will be no payment for this one! SCAM! This isn't the first time this has happened to me (but it WILL be the last!) nor the first time it's happened to other members. To be fair, I've earned a decent amount of petty cash from them, and always got paid eventually. I may try to stay with them a little longer but will only do shorter surveys for smaller point values. The major ripoff risk otherwise is just not worth it. PS - Customer service won't help in these cases, just offer their condolences for your bad experience, if they even get back to you at all.

Cashed in some small points couple of times without a problem. Built up my points for a bigger reward and try to log in and it says my account has been disabled. No e-mail nothing, no reason. I send them an e-mail thinking it was a glitch but they send one back stating I did something against their terms.Asked them what terms I violated, still no explanation. Asked about cashing in the points I had indeed already earned, they never paid up or communicated. Always communicated by internet, as they have no phone to talk to live person. Totally unprofessional, should be shut down by BBB. Advise folks to use a legitimate site like Survey Junkie, as Lifepoints panel is a scam, and they are thieves.

The current LifePoints used to be GlobalMarketTest surveys. It was not perfect but I was a member sin ce 2015 and I only had minor issues until the end on last year, right before LifePoints took over. After this, it has been terrible. No points awarded for finished surveys, getting less points that advertised, etc. Because there's no record on anything, you can't prove that they misled you or messed up. Even the primitive GlobalMarketTest platform had better survey history record, so at least you could have some sort of proof. Anyhow, I got tired of the crap and cancel my account with them. I may give them a chance at some point in the future, but for now I'll stay the hell away from them scammers.

I have been a member for probably 20 years, from when it was Global Test Market and My Survey. All of a sudden my membership has been canceled. I wrote LifePoints and got a form response stating that my account was suspended for suspected violations. I have never done anything dishonest or unethical. I am a 71 year old woman who prides myself on my integrity. I had over 5000 points accumulated as well. I see many similar complaints. I saw your response and submitted another ticket using the link and term you recommended. I hope I can be reinstated as this is totally unfounded and unfair.

Good survey site with interesting surveys, on the down side you sometimes complete half a survey and then you are told that you do not fit the criteria for that particular survey. You should be screened out at the beginning, not 50 questions down the line when they have your answers then do not pay you your fee. Since reaching the age of 66 I find that I am screened out more often or not. Feels like now I am retired my opinions do not count as much, we don't all have Alzheimer's some of us have strong opinions on the questions that you ask.

LifePoints is probably one of the worst survey companies to work for on the internet. I use several. I have NEVER received my earned gift cards without having to write nasty, very pointed, and direct comments on their website. They say they will send them within 5-7 days. Sometimes it is weeks and as much as two month while I wait patiently. However, when I challenge their honesty, integrity and tell them they are using "terrorist" tactics, they finally respond. I don't know if they are in the US or overseas, but that should not make a difference. I am elderly and disabled and I count on earning gift cards to supplement my meager disability income.
IF you want to have to fight for what you have earned and wait forever to receive your earnings, use LifePoints surveys. IF you want honesty and good service, check other survey companies. This one seems "satanically inspired."

Deactivated account suddenly right after I completed a study claiming to reward me with a large sum of points. I sent an inquiry and the explanation wasn't truthful (said I rushed through surveys when my responses are always thoughtful). Don't waste your time giving them your opinions when they'll expect them for free under a false guise.

I completed a survey about a prototype insurance website. Within hours I recieved 3 calls trying to give me insurance quotes. Additionally, today I recieved very positive feedback on a survey regarding new foods and my perceptions about them. My written answers were thought out, descriptive, and thorough. Yet two hours later my account was disabled. I had just requested my first payment. It wasn't much but I wanted to make sure the site was legit. I'm unsure if these surveys are legit or not. All I know is that I don't want to participate if my information doesn't remain confidential.

Gift card not received, said it would be replaced... but then changed their mind and said it was redeemed. I told them it certainly was not redeemed by me, but to no avail. Make me feel like a liar. Poor customer service.
It should make more easier to redeem the life points,, you should also add paytm in your options. Because many people use paytm and would feel more better and safer to transfer vouchers or money from life points panel to pay tm

I've been a member of GlobalTestMarket for only a month and within that month I was able to receive 2 $25 amazon gift cards. They e-mail you constantly about new surveys, some surveys even sent me products to try out. I think the only problem is the amount of points you have to have to receive your pay out. 1000 points is the number of points to have to redeem anything, BUT once you have more than 1000 points you'll receive what you redeem within less than 10 business days. From the survey websites I've tried this is the best one.
I had been a member for a while and built up a nice pot to redeem.
Just when I went to redeem I noticed my account had been deactivated. I sent an email and they got back to me and said I had violated the terms and conditions.
I asked for more information and they refused to give it- but told me they had overwhelming evidence.
An utter joke, as I literally log in, answer surveys and get on with my day. How is that a violation?
Scammers who use you to help their clients with surveys and then drop you before you can claim your money.

I was a member of Lifepoints for 10 years and they closed my account yesterday with no reason. They said there was "overwhelming" evidence that I violated their Terms and Conditions. What? I have been doing the same surveys for 10 years and now there is a problem? Very dissatisfied with their actions. Since they gave me no details, I cannot tell you what you can do differently to avoid this.

Took all of my personal information, got my permission to use it, then said my zip was invalid. It's an old one, shouldn't have been a problem! Be very wary, now I have to go change my passwords... what a bother!
Like others I was with the other 2 companies for years, when they merged, fast forward to a couple of more years. I redeemed my points out for paypal a few days ago, never received an email stating redemption had occured, completed or anything. I go to log into my account and bam, get a message stating my account has been temporarily suspended, What? No notice what so ever this was going to occur, it would have been nice to have been contacted if they felt there was a problem with my account for any reason, I will gladly help them resolve any issue they felt was going on, but nothing, just like that. Years, gone just like that...

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
