Its easy to complete surveys and cash out. I loved doing the diaries. But if you cash out too many times too soon they will delete you're account and say you were cheating. Not Fair! Surveys were completed correctly. They allowed me to complete a 7 day diary then deleted my account and took the 5 dollars for the diary.
I have accumulated a fairly large amount of points. However, the rewards page keeps telling me I am "unauthorized to redeem" these points. One "solution"was a falilure. Further requests for hep to Life Points are unanswered and not resolved.
I've been a member for several months and all of a sudden the past 2-3 days every time I try to open a survey it closes before I even see a question (let alone respond to a question) and their website says I failed their "honesty detector" for that survey. How could I possibly fail any "honesty detector" when I didn't even see one question let alone even have a chance to answer even one question?!?!?! This company is unethical and engages in highly questionable practices. Their customer service takes months to respond and then all they send is a canned reply that is non-responsive and useless.
LifePoints is my favorite site for taking surveys. I actually qualify for the majority of the surveys on my dashboard (unlike other sites). The incentive for each completed survey is a very reasonable (better than others). There's multiple ways to redeem my reward points, but the payout sometimes takes between 1-2 weeks.
I created my membership and spent a lot of time taking surveys. Once I connected my Venmo and went back to taking another survey, they deactivated my account. When I contacted customer service, they have a blanket statement. I did all the surveys with much thought and answered honestly.
Here is their communication: After conducting an audit of your account, it was determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. Therefore, your account has been deactivated.
When I pressed for specifics, they sent this: Unfortunately, your membership and/or participation did not allow us to fulfill our obligation or meet the expectations we set for ourselves. Therefore, the original decision to close your account remains.
I'm hoping my identity isn't stolen. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

I contacted the help desk 20 days ago. When I try to claim a giftcard it says" we are unable to process your request, please check your balance". I have more than enough points but can't get giftcard. Company said it would take a while but 20 days is long enough.

Signed up, got on, and started filling out some surveys. It was clear as I filled them out that it was going to take a lot of effort to get any kind of minimal payment. But I planned to continue the next day and when I attempted to log in I received a message saying that the information I filled out "during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform", and that "we cannot the registration at this time." Not any kind of explanation beyond that. It was a complete waste of time.

There is something very suspicious about a company that terminates your account & deletes your earned points saying that you have violated their terms & conditions. I have read all of their terms and can't find anything that I did wrong (have been doing their surveys for a couple of years now). I have asked repeatedly what I did wrong but I just keep getting the same answer " we did an audit of your account and find that you violated the terms" If that were true then why not just tell me what I did? Beware.

Update: Upgrading to windows 10 was the answer.
I have been a member for several years. For the last 3 months 9 out of ten surveys says I don't quality. 2 weeks ago I started a daily log survey requiring 7 days of answers to get the points. After 3 days of questions the survey disappeared. For years MyTelcosurvey was good for 50 points each month. When it doesn't say I don't qualify I still don't receive the points. They have told me it was on my end and to clean my browser, use another browser... nothing fixes it. Not even on a different machine. They always say they are trying to find the problem. It's now just a big waste of time. I used to make $5 almost every week.

I have been with MySurvey for many years and have been very happy. They recently had some problems and I couldn't seem to get any help with anything, no response from them-nothing. Finally they got back to me and told me to change my password. I did and it has worked perfectly ever since. I am getting all kinds of surveys now.
I tried to log on and now it says that there is a temporary error but when I tried to email the help desk, I wasnt able to do that wither!
I had about 9,000 points but you cant get that out until you have $25.00 in points. I emailed them from my email but dont think I will hear back from them.

They will waste your time and deactivate your account right when are able to cash out. They do this often to many members for no reason. I lost all of my points and my account when I was able to use it the week before with no issue. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

I've been a member of MySurvey for a number of years and have found the frequency of survey invites and ones I qualify for are adequate. And I've never had an issue with not getting my points after I've successfully completed a survey. I've been burned enough times during surveys though that I write down the survey number before starting in case I get "technical issues" right at the end of the survey when they start asking about you the demographic questions. Usually I just email customer service and the points get put in my account. My one big issue is always having to log in and take surveys at a desktop -- I've tried a few times with my iPad and my account gets deactivated. Usually it's not a problem to have it reactivated, but this time it's been about a month and I've emailed customer service 3-4 times and gotten no replies, nor has my account been reactivated. Definitely not a good business practice!
I take my time with surveys, always answer honestly, and took my role as a panelist very seriously. After finishing a survey that would have gotten me enough points to cash out, I got a popup window saying "Membership Canceled. Please contact us if you have any questions." Really? No explanation, just kick me out so they can save $10. Total waste of time. I enjoyed it immensely until I was unceremoniously and undeservedly removed.

Surprise like everyone else my account was terminated due to a violation of their rules. I am not agree with your statements. I m good citizen of my country ad research scholar also so i know very well what is the opinion of survey. My all opinion are truthful and honest thats y i m disqualify by many surveys becz i have not doing any cheating give my own and actual opinion. On behalf of that i have earned 609 lp points. I am honest and active participant to survey questions. If u feel i m not like thts its ok u have a right to cancel my membership but u have not right to take any other ones hard earned cash.i read ur service rules there is nothing really at all except for, your account will be suspended if you don't use it for certain amount of days.( but i am regular one)

Im a huge fan of LifePoints. Easy way to make some extra cash. Ive been using it for almost a year now, I have no complaints. Easy to redeem, cash goes right to my PayPal. You have a tun of different options for how you want to cash your rewards out. Ive been able to do product testing with certain surveys as well. Customer service is great as well when you have an issue.

I have been with Life Points when they were called My Points...I have done both online and mail in surveys for years...this morning I received an email stating my membership has been deactivated due to 'terms and violations'. I have written a letter to Lightspeed Panel, Life Points' company and request an investigation and immediate reinstatement of my account...I have over 2000 points and was trying to get a Pay Pal payment for a least a week until this happened...I'M UPSET!

Be very careful with this company. I was with them for years. I was with MySurvey until a few years ago and they merged into this company. I had many points accumulated when they suddenly cut me off saying that I violated their reward points. I have no idea how they came to that conclusion. Not only to close my account but to forfeit the MANY points that I had for doing these surveys! What a waste of my time. Ridiculous!

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
