I joined LifePoints about 3 weeks ago. I was excited because I was constantly getting survey offers. I quickly racked up about 3800 points. I tried to redeem them to my PayPal account. While waiting for my PayPal deposit I suddenly was locked out of my account. The reason they gave is I broke some rule of theirs... a rule that they will not explain what it was that I did. They refused to give me my points earned. I believe they just didn't have the money to pay me or many others who had their accounts shut down for no real reason. Don't use this LifePoints. There are better survey and honest sites available. This is a dishonest site.

I used the website for maybe a week or so, accumulated 3100+ points, did a survey that was 1500 points and then the rest were all 5-100. I cashed in my points for £25 in total, and maybe two days after my account is suddenly deleted for "overwhelming evidence" of violating the rules, my points were forfeited, etc. Still waiting to get that £25 but I highly doubt it. When I emailed them they responded quickly but the emails were automatic, and the moment I asked if I can still expect to see my rewards in my account they stopped responding to me. Just avoid this website. Would recommend something like Ipsos Isay instead — I've had a better experience using that and the rewards are legit, I've had them actually come through and used my rewards. Don't even bother with LifePoints

Earn free Cash

Very interesting and great site, easy to use and easy to get paid via PayPal. The only downside is with the surveys when you don't qualify which is quite regular but that's the same with any survey site. I am signed up to a lot of survey sites and this is one of the best with low point level to be able to withdraw (575 Lifepoints required to withdraw £5 PayPal).

Big fat scam
December 4, 2020

I just made an account and wasted 30 minutes to get 100 pts, which is basically 1$. On top of that I do another survey that's 100 pts and it took me 25 minutes and when I finished the site only gave me 2 points. So now an hour of work done and I made 1$. Hahaha what a joke of a company, maybe if I lived in Africa this would be ok money.

User for years

I was a daily user of Life Points for years. I never had trouble until now. I got their emails every day inviting me to do surveys A few days ago I sent them a help desk email stating I had trouble signing in. Since it was a weekend, I got a quick reply they would be working on it. On Monday I got an email from. Them stating that my account was suspended since I violated their policy and I am suspended and lost all my saved points which were over *******. I started to research the company and started seeing lots of complaints that were like mine. When you reach a certain amount of points you get exactly the same e-mail

Liars and thieves

As soon as you have rewards, they will block you and you will not be able to get your money! Their customer service is terrible - they were sending me different unrelated emails.

The site is OK as far as surveys go, but needs work in several areas. The listing that comes up under points used to show the survey number on MySurvey, but no longer includes it on Lifepoints. There are also cryptic entries ("set completed") that may indicate points deducted, but with no reason given. Also, the diary type surveys that are supposed to go on for a week or more can suddenly vanish, never to return.

It's the best, simple and best
One the best survey sites, today I just received my reward after 4 days ordering... I get 3 to 4 surveys weekly maybe more sometimes... and it's very rare that the survey doesn't match me... I'm very happy with this site and the whole lifepoints community... also they do many giveaways that's another good point... highly recommended to all. Thank you lifepoints.

It is understandable to ask a few questions to see if someone is qualified to take the survey. Mysurvey.com will allow you to take and complete a 30-45 min survey and then tell you at the end that you did not qualify for the study. Why put me through 30 minutes of questions to tell me I'm not qualified and not compensate for time. You can tell by the level of questions they will use your data despite what they say. It's sad really that they can't cough up a few bucks as they originally promised. Please don't waste your time with them. Find a focus group to attend as they pay pretty good.

I had been a member for years, doing surveys to the best of my ability. I had saved up around $900 in points, and really enjoyed doing surveys. However, when I tried to log in, I found that my account was suspended. Customer service sent me the same blanket email saying that I had violated the terms and service. When I asked what violation had occurred, as I knew I had not broken any rules, they refused to explain.

It is frustrating to know that I spent all that time and energy doing those surveys only for them to take my points and ban me.

Nothing better than this

I have tried many survey sites but all them were boring or survey were not regular but lifepoint provide you chance to win real gifts and the survey are quite regular. Trust me guys this not a biased review but the site is really great. You must try your hand at it and you will get some amazing experience.

This app is a scam

These people are cheats, the app is a scam. I finally made enough points (after 50% of the surveys they suggested would take 5-10min just to tell me I was not eligible) to get a 25$ amazon card and as soon as I asked for my card they shut down my account for 'suspicious activity'. I had not cheated or rushed. They don't have to tell you why they are clawing back your 'earnings'. Don't waste your time with this app, it is a scam.

I had points waiting to redeem and went to login this morning and was told me account was cancelled. They will give no reason, just that I have broken their T's and C's which I have not. There is no recourse. I have just been cancelled. This is after issues with their site where they spuriously gave me a minus balance for a month. I wonder if they have not caused problems system wise that is creating whatever violation.
What ever the reason they are stealing peoples points.

Life Points use to be My Survey, I was really fed up with them, when they said their name was changing to Life Points, great, maybe I can get better and more surveys, that I can do. We had a few missteps, but everything worked out well, I hope it did for all the others, that do surveys as well. Keep up the good work! Thanks!:-)

No longer worth my time

Have been with my survey for a while have to admit i only get to complete about one in every 10 surveys, however recently i have not been able to complete any survey, at one stage i had 9 surveys sitting in my account to be completed unfortunately i could not complete a single one of them, i just keep getting told that the site was busy and to try later, or i got an error message, this has gone on now for over a week, this site has gone down hill, and i do not think it it wort my time anymore!

Still waiting for an explanation!

I had belonged to this site when it was still my surveys and had no problems before the change. Once I obtained points, suddenly they said I was rushing through a survey and took everything away. After having been a part of this site since before the change, about 10 years, I was shocked that with no further explanation, they took my points and shut down. So many better and reputable ones out there now!

I have been with this survey site for quite a few years. For me the site has become difficult to login to. Today I finally was able to take two surveys and at the end I got no points because it stated that I had already taken the surveys. I hope that they improve.

It's a rip off!

GlobalTestMarket send me surveys all the time but I was always being screened out before finishing the survey. I sent them an email asking them to explain why they keep sending me these surveys if I can't finish them, after all it is my time that is being wasted plus costing me for internet usage. I never received a reply but I still received the surveys so one day I decided that I was going to see how many surveys I did before I finished one.
I wrote each survey number down as I started them and kept going until I finally finished my first survey. I was doing surveys for 9 hours and I did 32 of them before I finally got rewarded 25 market points! What a waste of time but a good learning experience. There is no way I could earn enough points for anything worthwhile.

Excellent survey site

This isa fabulous site, that is free to join. You take part in survey's, you accrue points and turn the points into gift cards to many places. The survey's are an array of topics, very easy to complete.

My first time experiencing any survey and it will be my last. I used Lifepoints. In the beginning, it sounds good to earn 300 per month because that's what they only show but it stops there. Horrible experience! The crushed site, you cannot redeem the money that you are entitled too, there are no surveys available, and no customer service available, if you get one survey in a month that's a lot you don't even get one! Waste of time!
