In my personal experience: Great place to do surveys. This is No scam! I signed up in November 2018. They send you plenty of surveys, I have got to acumulate more than 10 000 points and already redeemed for great rewards, its like a little part time online. I really appreciate being part of this community. I recommend it if you are seriously thinking about doing surveys for pay.
I trusted this website and did loads of surveys and got around £5 worth of points, was waiting till I got £10 so I could redeem a topshop voucher. Then when I went to log in my account was non existent! All the time I had spent doing surveys for them and my account has disappeared. Annoyed!
Most of the surveys are obvious fishing expeditions to find peole with money or young kids. I even had a "survey" ask about phone numbers for "classification purposes." Yes, folks, I fell for it, and that very same day I got a solicitor's phone call. After I gave this person a large piece of my mind I contacted the website; got 4 canned responses, and I shard that piece of my mind with them. They finally responded in what I would feel would be a manner of someone who actually read the complaint. They don't "pay" anything, just offer you points that you can trade in for gift cards, mostly. That's if you even get to finish the surveys; a large number of them get you "points" for their quarterly "sweepstakes" drawings, which is, in fact, nothing at all. It's a waste of time if you expect anything in return.
I was a member of mysurvery.com for a good number of years. I got paid fairly well for the surveys and the checks never bounced. However, last year, it seemed like the site dried up, and, while before, I was getting surveys to complete on a regular basis, but now, there are no surveys at all. Did not get any answers from the website, either.
Somethings seems fishy...
Lifepoints help desk never helps. I've been trying for more than a month to no avail. I am unable to login to my account. I have accumulated more than ******* lifepoints. Everytime I'm told that they will get back to me but no one does. Be honest and say that the account is closed or you cannot do anything. Lifepoints don't really deserve a star.

Absolutely disgusting company. After almost two years of doing the surveys they blocked my account without any reasons. As I saw other members had the same issue, I consider this company as scam, fraud which should be taken to the officials what I am going to do, because they owe me vouchers which I couldn't receive due to the fact that they blocked my account. The only response I receive from the support is that please wait, your case is escalated. More than a week and still nothing

This is a legit survey site. I have answered several surveys in a short span of time and have redeemed the points for coupons twice already! So I would recommend this great site to anyone looking to make good cash.

You complete months of reviews to earn 10. Then for no reason, they lock your account. You send several emails to which the reply with the worst unsatisfactory replys. Like thanks for reaching out... blah blah. This goes on forever... the issues you may have or the money owed to you never comes. Do not bother wasting time with them. There rubbish!

After giving lifepoints a bad review on this site for not being able to access my account and stealing my points without any reason I actually got a reply from them asking me to reply and they said they would take another look at why my account was closed and access not given...
Well i did all they asked and guess what,they never replied,its obvious they said that on this site to make readers think they would help,,,
Take my advice stay away from this cowboy site,find a better one that you can actually relate to.be warned!

This is a well set out site with interesting surveys and easy to navigate I would recommend it as a way to make some pocket money and pass a little time. It also give you a feeling of being listened to and that your opinions matter.

The service is ok and the rewards are attainable. My main issue is that over half of the surveys i complete I don't get points for. I will complete a 20-30 minute survey only to get a response at the end that says "we have met our quota and don't need anymore". It should tell you that at the beginning not after you just wasted half hour!
I switched over the LifePoints from another survey site, I found better before now their surveys lag and have multiple errors, making it difficult to earn points.
Its difficult to get in touch with their customer service team.
When there are errors with their surveys the points do not generally go onto my account. Sometimes it is a big waste time of because you get half way and then something happens.
Even when you get 2 points its not worth all the hassle.

My account was closed down supposedly for breaching the conditions which was not the case. Which condition was breached was not specified. All my points were cancelled. This company doesn't deserve a star, it's a big scam and throws you out of the system when they have to pay out.

Be very careful with Lifepoints. I was an active member of their community for many years. After I requested to redeem points worth $20 they disabled my account. When I emailed them they responded saying I violated LifePoints Reward Point Rules and "the evidence against me is overwhelming". I have no idea what I did! They won't tell me what I did, and my reward is forfeited. To their credit, they were very quick with email responses. I see in the reviews this is happening to many others. Beware, before you waste your time with them!

I did surveys with them when they were My Survey which I did for some time earning a fair bit. Until they suddenly closed my account for no reason and no warning before I was able to cash out.
I thought I'd try them since they changed to LifePoints but I've had the same trouble again. I earn a bunch of points and take part in some ongoing things with apps installed for points. Once again, i've lost my account and all my points.
Avoid them, don't waste your time. Yes, you'll save up points but there's a good chance you won't get to use them.

A total scam! I had a decent amount accrued from doing many many surveys. When I decided to cash it into my Pay Pal, I received an email saying I had violated. I asked how? The response was I could not be informed but simply I had my account terminated! Why I ask. I was saving up for uni textbooks

I joined my survey a couple weeks ago and have spent a lot of time doing surveys. I had just gotten enough points to redeem for a $10 gift card. I decided to wait to redeem it to see if I could build up more points to get a higher value card. A couple of days after, I go to login and my account was inactive. There was no reason given and I sent an e-mail and never received a response. I wasted all my time and got nothing in return. I was locked out just as I received enough points to get anything this way they don't have to pay out. Stay away from this site.
After accruing enough points from completing surveys, I opted to redeem them for a £10 PayPal payment. Several days later there was no sign of the transaction going through to my PayPal and the points reappeared in my LifePoints account. Thinking that an issue had occurred with my first attempt, I tried to repeat the transaction in good faith. Next thing I know, my account is cancelled and points forfeited because I have 'violated' the reward policy. They will not elaborate further on the supposed evidence they have found of a violation. I am absolutely disgusted by this. My repeat attempt to redeem points was purely down to LifePoints making an error and transferring the points back into my balance. This company is a sham - AVOID :(

Took surveys for years and when you near a reward they terminate your account without any notice(they should have let me know by email according to their conditions) and without any chance to reopen the account!
After mail inquiry they claim i have breached their conditions with 'some profile info'.
They cannot or will not say what info caused the termination, they even claim it 'could' be of some survey results.
To me this is a scamwebsite

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
