What a rubbish company. Virgin mobile... why are incompetent companies like this allowed to trade in this country. After moving from my existing service provider, I taught was doing the right thing. How wrong I was. My phone was cut off immediately despite being told it would remain in service up until the port was done. Customer service via Whatsapp is pitiful. You are left waiting for hours for a reply, with questions and answers going round in circles. I am without service now for 3 hours. And none the wiser to when if ever it will resume. I certainly could not recommend virgin mobile. So far a simple sim change has been a nightmare. Avoid and research other companies.


I purchased an item through eBay, the item has not arrived. EBay is making every excuse in favour of the seller, allowing them extra time for the item to arrive. When they should have the seller blocked, and refund me my hard-earned cash. I have been a member since 2007. And they could not care less about me. Their attitude on chat is deplorable and arrogant. I am closing my account shortly and I would advise anyone thinking of opening one or thinking of purchasing anything through eBay to think long and hard before doing so. They are the worst to communicate with, you cannot email, it is blocked. I've tried phoning only to be cut off after several minutes on hold. Chat is stressful and a total waste of time. Be Warned!


Do not purchase Hp products. Any issues that may arise the only help is a virtual pointless agent. There is no phone contact and no email contact. I have 2 Hp items. My first and last. I will not ever purchase Hp products again


You complete months of reviews to earn 10. Then for no reason, they lock your account. You send several emails to which the reply with the worst unsatisfactory replys. Like thanks for reaching out... blah blah. This goes on forever... the issues you may have or the money owed to you never comes. Do not bother wasting time with them. There rubbish!

These people will cut you off at a moments notice. Despite all the information you must give them in order to be in with a chance of receiving a survey. Regardless of how long you may be with them... they have no loyalty. Avoid them!


This company is still trading and not informing customers of there situation... There in LIQUIDATION...
