It's frustrating to complete or even qualify on survey's however once you get going it's not tooo terrible, the money is real but they don't pay until up to the last possible moment but if you take your time and just let things just kinda happen with these guys then things seem to start running a bit smoother and quicker
Like many other people, my account was closed. After looking at their TOS, if you don't do a survey within 90 days, they will close your account without notice. That's right, without notice.
It's fraud. They just close your account so they keep the points. I will be writing to some lawyers about a class action lawsuit. I am sure many people would love to join. So, here goes my 1 star review. Never had a problem with Branded Surveys and others.

Surveys are easy to complete and you get points towards rewards, once you actually have enough points to make it worth redeeming they will cancel your account and tell you that you have violated their terms, total sham and a complete waste of time.

Been using Lifepoints for well over a year with no issues. In fact would have given a great review. Recently points were not adding to my account. I queried why, they fixed it. Great.
Then out of the blue account suspended for not meeting standards and they owing me about £150! I always answered surveys truthfully and honestly. I feel like I have been very badly treated.

All of a sudden my account has been inactivated with all the points i had accumulated, everything's gone... without any warning or reason. Just so disappointed with MySurvey. Contacted them with messages but no reply. Just so sad, was hoping on redeeming my points.
Was happily doing surveys when next day I couldn't login. When I emailed them to ask why I could not access my account they replied saying my account did not pass some security checks! For a survey site? Seems as though they disabled my account and kept my points. Don't waste your time with this crooked company. Read all the negative reviews which all say the same thing

This is a great website to earn money although it took me 2 months to have my first cash out. Probably because of my profile and a not-so-frequent visit on the site. But this is a guaranteed paying website. You just need to answer surveys and earn lifepoints(LP). Here's PHP 250 for my 285 LP. Good luck!

In less than a month after my first cash out, my second cash out has now reflected on my sister's PayPal account. They also have the option to claim rewards through Gcash and I find it so convenient. Thank you, LP! Feels so good knowing that our opinions matter.

They let you fill in a few surveys so they can get some information. Then they ban your account before you make any money and still use what you filled in so far. If they do that with enough people they never have to pay out for any information. Massive scam, don't waste your time.

I was a member of this website for more than a year. Pleasant surveys I need to say. And suddenly my account got cancelled. I asked them why? They responded I broke the rule, they did not say which exactly rule. I had some points to redeem and obviously cannot do this now. It looks like this usual practice for this company

Most of the time - when you get through thepbvious initial screening questions on demographics etc - they will now take you through maybe 15 or 20 screens of questions, occasionally more, capture loads of valuable data and then tell you that the quota if full or you didn't meet the criteria. You could spend 20 minutes answering a survey and then get nothing for it - They'll do anything to avoid allocating points. I don't think it used to be like this but it certainly is now.
Been using this site for years but then my account was suddenly made inactive. When I enquired about this, I was given no reason but apparently I violated their terms and conditions. I always ensure I complete surveys truthfully so it was very disappointing to lose all my points! Do not use this site and do not waste your time on them!

In addition to the surveys on the site, you can also download a fun little app with extra surveys, like surveys on-the-go, where you survey while at the gym or restaurants. I've made about $150 so far.
Life point is simple a overly controlled low self esteem website. Invariable there are technical problems. But unless you agree with everything support tells you about completed and not paid surveys to you — they withhold further surveys for weeks. Their explanation is that this is normal. They are passive/ aggressive and revengeful Horrible employees dump on survey takers. But you must tell them they are perfect. Ridiculous and pathetic

I have been using this site for 10 years now and out of nowhere they close my account and I have asked them 2 times why they have closed my account they won't tell me what I did wrong and won't say anything. They have deducted all my points and won't say what I have done. I regret that I have been a customer of yours for 10 years. I have been doing these surveys for a while and had to email them to reactivate my account as I had not logged in for a while. I had a pitiful email back claiming that I did not pass security checks, after looking online about this I discovered an awful lot of people have had the same problem. Also some of the surveys are very long so the little amount earned hardly seemed worth it. Terrible company, don't recommend.

If you like to work without getting paid, then this is the site for you. I spent my time doing these stupid surveys and chose to get my reward in cash (PayPal). But when I wanted to cash in, all my points disappeared and no money appeared on my PayPal account. Total scam. Customer services is completely useless. Don't recommend this site to anyone.

I have been a member since 2006 and have never had a problem with the checks they send me. This last check I received this month was returned and my bank charged me a $15 fee. So not only didn't I get my $20 for doing the surveys. I had to pay $15 our of my pocket. I have always had issues with getting points for every survey you do as well as wasting 10 minutes answering questions just to say you don't qualify.
I redeemed twice and then when I went to redeem my third reward it told me my account had been disabled. After emailing them 3 times they finally respond saying I violated terms and the evidence against me is overwhelming but won't tell me what I did. And my reward is forfeited. I thought this seemed very convienent and decided to check reviews and see that a lot of people have this issue or worse. Total scam. Wish I read the reviews before wasting my time

I have been a member of life points for 3 years. I had answered all the survey questions seriously and to the best of my knowledge.
Recently, lifepoint deleted my account and accused me of not being truthful with my answers. If I am not truthful, life points should delete my account 3 years ago. I have read other reviews and many people faced this issue as well. It is impossible so many people are being untruthful.
No point wasting time to email their customer support service as they cannot tell you which survey did you not answer truthfully.
My advice: Please do not sign up with life points. You will be doing survey for free.
I hope companies will stop engaging them to do survey.

Im very disappointed at this website. Once I had enough points to redeem $10 dollars, they cancelled my account without any reason. I do not recommend at all this survey website. After all the hours I spent filling surveys, they just cancelled my account.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
