Obviously I am not the only one who lost points because of this shady business. I was a member it was still Global Test Market then changed to Lifepoints. Will close your account out of nowhere saying you violated the terms. Will not tell you what you have violated. Just copies and pastes paragraphs from a manual and then ignores you (that's if they are real people answering and not bots). I am sure my points got split up among some employees who needed them. The fact that there is no phone number to call tells me this is sketchy as all-get-out. Don't join or get out while you can. I lost almost 5000 points yo these characters.
Firstly I am not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews?! I was originally with Globaltestmarket and switched to Lifepoints when they did. I have had no problems at all with the points tracking and have earned multiple payouts via PayPal - I reckon about £40 in in the last month alone.
Surveys are all usually straight forward and easy to complete. Always do 3 or 4 on a lunch break whilst at work.
Will definitely keep using!

Stole over £200 worth of points which I had been saving for my 50th. They discriminate against disabilities. I have health issues and a few personal problems and as completing surveys when having a horrendous flare up was not top priority, when I explained this they did not care and I would say this is bordering discrimination. Avoid the site especially if you are saving points for something special because they will just whip it away. They don't even send you are warning of what they will be doing
As you can see they pretend to care but I sent a private message back advising that I already raised a ticket and they haven't replied to my response to this...just confirms how awful they are. Anyone reading this please avoid.

I had no idea the random cancellation of memberships was such a common thing until it happened to me recently and I got the canned response that I violated terms and services. Of course you can't get anything more specific than that because I guarantee most of us with these canceled memberships did nothing wrong- except accrue 4500 points like I did that they don't want to pay out. I never leave reviews and usually just shake it off and move on but I'm now compelled to make it my mission to let as many people as I can know to steer clear of this shady company.

I had been receiving regular surveys from Life Points up until Nov. 2021. I was in the middle of completing one of their survey diaries when, without any explanation, my account was suddenly cancelled. I contacted Life Points; the Support Team said I may have "accidentally unsubscribed" from LP. After disputing this, I was advised I could rejoin but had to use a different email account. And, "as a one-time courtesy for being a valued member of LP", they would transfer my points into my new account! New account was set up, points were eventually transferred, however, surveys have since been withheld. I contacted them again Jan 17/22 and was informed my new email address/account is in good order. As of today's date, however, still no surveys.
Guess they don't like anyone calling them out when they make mistakes.

I did the online registration to do paid surveys, gave all my personal details and was simply told at the end that I was not accepted. No explanation, nothing! I felt like I had had my personal details extracted under completely false pretenses. I understand that they must have certain demographics that they're looking for but clearly educated people who are just wanting to supplement their income with a little extra do not form part of this! If this is you, stay away, you; re wasting your time!
I enjoy taking surveys on LifePoints. It is nice to receive a few points just for trying to qualify. I have not had any trouble receiving my rewards. The site is easy to use and attractive rather than dull, as some sites are.
I have been a member of this site for years, all the way back when it was Global Test Market. I have always taken surveys honestly and carefully, until my account was closed for no specific reason. I even contacted their support and they replied with a list of "possible reasons" for my account being suspended, but no specific reason or the chance to correct what I was supposedly doing wrong. Thus, taking all the points I earned.
I'm seeing there are a lot of reviews here almost identical to what happened to me. This sort of thing never happened with Global Test Market. Whoever runs this site now are using some questionable bait and switch like business practices.

Lifepoints popped up some little time ago & despite slowness of page loading, provides an interesting addition to my portfolio of survey opportunities. Recent improvements to the opening page & details further enhance this. Points redemption also appears to have improved, so overall, 4 stars or eight out of ten. Thank you.
There is always a problem when withdrawing money. My order was canceled. Now I don't even have hope that my money will come. If they get better by eating other people's hard work, then yes. Nothing. My hard work has gone down the drain. The result of ignoring the bad comments made by people came out today with me too. Maybe those who don't get money are also hurt like me and made bad comments here. At least you should have given the money everyone hard work.and then you can band the accounts no problem then. There is another survey sites i am an old membership of that and i have made over 200$ and I'm happy with that no more lifepoints never

Had an account with them for a few years. Luckily I didn't wait till I had a lot of points before I cashed out, thankfully. They cancelled my account with no warning due to overwhelming evidence of not following t & c's. They owed me money but I couldn't access it. They said the money was forfeited. Absolutely disgusting. Looks like I'm far from being the first this has happened too. Avoid!

I have been a member of this site since it was Globaltestmarket which has been about 10 years. My Mom had a stroke last year so I have been busy taking care of her. I had accumulated over ******* life points over the years and given that we could really use the money right now I decided to redeem it. I went to sign in and it said my account was temporarily unavailable and to contact the help desk. I contacted them and received and email back that said."The information provided during the registration process did not pass some security checks we perform"What does that even mean? I've been a member for years and suddenly it's terminated and I lose all the points I've worked hard for. Word to the wise stay far far away from this site. After reading these reviews it's obvious I'm not the only one who's been scammed. Just wish I had been smart enough to cash out. But I guess I trusted too much. Shame.

People please be careful. This site is SCAM.
I was completing surveys for over a month and once i asked for a payout they immediately banned my account.
Once i mailed them to explain me the reason they said i violated some imaginary rules.
Please be careful once again try them to me convinced, you will remember me in the payout!

I have been a member of lifepoints and it's previous incarnations for many years and it is one of my favorites. Plenty of survey opportunities to participate in and easy to navigate. They do charge £1.50 admin fee when cashing out though which others do not although the payout threshold is low at £10
I been with life points for a while now. The past 2 months I've been trying to redeem my points but it's not letting me. They said there's a glitch and that they're working on it and it's affected every member. This has been goin on now for just over 2 months. If anyone with life points can give extra info on this would gladly be happy.

I have been on the Lifepooints website for a couple of months. I wasted my time doing the surveys, I made $10. The next time I accumulated enough points to cash out, I couldn't, and when I reached out to customer service I was to,d that my account was deactivated and my rewards had been forfeited because I was not doing the surveys according to their terms. So in other words, while I wasn't getting paid, I was doing the surveys correctly, but wasn't when my rewards were due. Don't waste your time!
Growing our LifePoints Community is very important to us. We depend on our members and when we have to inactivate an account due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, it is something we take very seriously to ensure we are making the right decision.
Have been with lifepoints for such a long time and have always redeemed regularly. Spend s lot of time doing the right thing with my responses and even though their surveys let you finish and then don't reward you I have still stuck with them. There is no reward for loyalty with these people. They have cancelled my account with no good reason just a generic email. They won't respond back with any evidence as to why. They owe me at least $100 in rewards and won't pay up. Don't bother, this is almost criminal activity and I will be taking it further, with the relevant authorities. These guys must be held to account for their behaviour.

The app is lame, you get 40¢ surveys and 30¢ for stupid questionnaires. When you do get big surveys like $7.50 an hour then you're never paid. Just emailed today about the 9 places I visited and wasted gas on and got called a whole lot of nasty things plus a liar of all things. This is the most unpridictable and unprofessional business/organization I've dealt with. Please don't waste your time like me.
They regularly offer a lot of surveys, so it is easy to achieve rewards on a regular basis, if you put the time in.
Not all survey questions/answers are to my liking but they are in the minority and just need to plod on through them.
No problems with paying out. I have had rewards to both PayPal and John Lewis, within the stated time.
I had a bit of a hiccup when I didn't use my account for a few months (due to ill health) and my account was closed. A few emails later it was reopened with rewards balance intact.
Overall I do like this survey company and it is the main survey site I use.

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
