I just did a grocery survey worth 576 points that took me almost 2 hours of work (the time length on their surveys list page said 50min). I TOOK NO BREAKS!! I finally finished it successfully, got to the end, and the redirect window popped up with "Session expired." So, of course, there will be no payment for this one!!! SCAM!!! This isn't the first time this has happened to me (but it WILL be the last!) nor the first time it's happened to other members. To be fair, I've earned a decent amount of petty cash from them, and always got paid eventually. I may try to stay with them a little longer but will only do shorter surveys for smaller point values. The major ripoff risk otherwise is just not worth it. PS - Customer service won't help in these cases, just offer their condolences for your bad experience, if they even get back to you at all.

After suffering through yet another payment fail by Mintvine/Branded Surveys (of which MANY users are also suffering right now) I wanted to comment on the great experience I've had with Superpay.me these last 9 months. Sure, they are extremely strict with their application standards. I'm glad they are. It keeps the lowlifes out and helps to insure that they have honest people answering their surveys. As far as performance, I have NEVER had a delayed payment in 9 months. I have had only 1 technical issue with their site in all that time, and that was when the entire site was down for a few hours. They have proved that they really have things together. Their support staff answer inquiries in just a few hours' time if not sooner, and they have always been extremely helpful. They know what they're doing from a tech perspective, and they are financially stable. I really really really hope they stay that way for a long time to come! I would give them more than 5 stars, but that's the most I can give on this site.

Joined and did profile surveys, verified my account, etc. Then when all done I logged out. Came back a while later to check something about the site, and voila(!), it says my password is incorrect (which it is NOT!) There is no "forgot my password" option, just "reset password." I click on "reset password," they send me a reset email, I click on the link in it, which takes me to a login page. At that page I tried both a new password and my old one. Both rejected as incorrect (??????) What a weird technical fail. VERY BAD!!

I used to get a lot of surveys from them starting about 3 years ago. They also paid 5-cents for being disqualified from a survey. Now I don't get nearly as many surveys, and they have cut down their 5-cent incentive to maybe 1 in 8 surveys. So not getting paid hardly anything anymore has made me quit them. I liked them in the past because they always paid me what I was owed and paid fairly quickly. But no point in struggling along for just a few pennies now.

I ordered a student math textbook from them on Wed 08/04/15, through Valore Books. Received it on Mon 08/10/15. The packaging was extremely secure. Book was in "New" condition exactly as described and was the exact one as listed. I was thoroughly satisfied with this transaction!
