Since i started with let go ive had many inquiry's and even an offer which i accepted. Problem is my replies are not getting back to any inquiryees! Nobody responds back even when i ask if they are getting my messages. Then when i add offerup and facebook market place as other sites where my replies do get to them, they (letgo) terminate that product. I have now deleted everything on it as its a waste of time advertising when buyers cannot get the sellers message.

If I could give this site 0 stars I would. I wanted to delete my account and I have to write an email telling letgo why I want to leave, like you cant be serious. Im not a child let me delete my account. As far as the people using letgo Im pretty sure theyre all delusional I was selling a pair of ugg slippers great condition little wear and a few buyers wanted me to sell them the uggs for 30 dollars. Its honestly such a terrible app. I wanted to give this a try because I wasnt having any luck on Depop but it turned out to be a terrible experience.

I listed tons of cheap stuff and alot of expensive stuff. Forget selling anything collectable for more than 20.00. When you do be prepared to answer stupid questions and hear dumb comments and get strung along on a 5.00 item to the point you get frustrated with the whole experience. I've come to the conclusion it is for poor people, teenagers, or people not looking for a "fair" deal. They want to steal it. One of the most common comments I get is, "to much for me bro. "I continue to post because it's easy to use and they have national advertising. Maybe someone with money will look one day out of curiosity. On a scale of 1 to 10 it's about a 3 and that is generous...

I have sold a few things on letgo in the past. However, recently some of the users are just plan creepy. Asking someone to meet in a parking lot at midnight is not something I would ever do but you will get people asking you to meet them to buy it in very sketchy areas. Then when you don't, they never respond again, which is fine by me. Also, most people will just ask if the item is still available and never respond or try to low ball you. I wouldn't say letgo is a scam but its definitely something people need to be careful on. It's kind of like craigslist, only worse.

Anthony Sims did not provide a physical home address. His cell phone was advertised as UNLOCKED. When I put my sim card the carrier I inserted was not supported. Please be aware that this is not good to have a not return policy. There are people that will do anything to unload a bad product that will destroy Letgo's reputation and will loose future business if they are for profit.
Transaction that shows is 201. I lost $230. For a lousy iphone 5s.

Paid $1.99 to use their bump up feature. I searched for a long time and did not see my ad got bump up. Email them and they pretty much just said too bad. They want your money and not care about providing service. Do not waste money to use their bump up feature. You might as well delete your ad and re-do it again. Which will bump your post on the top of the list.

It's not the apps fault, it's the people that make using this app a nightmare.
If you're trying to sell something in good condition for a rock bottom price of $10, they'll fight you tooth and nail over THEIR offer of $2. Sometimes you'll get stupid offers like $1. People want everything for free and get mad when they don't get their way.
They have such infantile behavior and it really turned me off of the app.
It would have been a great idea if people weren't so rude.

I like using letgo but a while back they changed something to enable quick interest by tapping the thumbnail of an item in a certain way. This is very frustrating as a buyer or seller as fat thumbs can cause interest to show when you are just trying to select an item to view and learn more about it. The first few times I did this as a buyer I was annoyed, but it's worse from a sellers perspective as you receive messages of interest with now follow up as the interest wasn't genuine. Please consider removing that "feature"

This is the worst experience ive had with selling a used or new product. Craigs list is 10 fold better since the inquires are not impulsive and genuine. I almost feel letgo is a hoax. I've sold way more stuff easily on craigs list. Letgo is bs because all i get is 9 out of 10 people saying interested, but they never ever buy! While they make millions of this app, i feel this should be more proactive in the way people interact with that nessage. Real simple, if you say your interested more than 10 times and dont follow through with a purchase, you should be banned! Scummy company!

If I could rate- 1 I would... Dont do it, I signed up to clean out my garage. Nor only is it fake, it's dangerous. I didn't read the reviews until after I did it. I was getting silly one liners, never sold anything. Then out of the blue I start getting all these (is it for sale). From a guy with nothing on his website. He claims that he has the same name as my ex-husband. I was so creeped out I deleted the sight. This company should be investigated.

This is by far the absolute worse site ever in the history of selling items. I purchased an x box 1 months ago that did not work and to this day I'm still chasing the person for the money. I reported it to Let Go the reply was everything short of a shoulder shrug and contact the police. SMH for all this trouble Its never worth it. I advise anyone considering using this app. Throw your money in the street or give your items away before being bothered.
