My experience was very good and I plan to order 2 more lens replacements very shortly. Process is easy, I downloaded my new script plus measurements. They shipped me box and I mailed my frames back to them to fill and I received them finished in 7-10 days. They were perfectly made to order. I say. Try it, you'll like it. BTW, this is my 3rd pair of glasses I've ordered from Lensabl. And I'm happy with their service.

Always trying to find ways to save money in today's world, but this was a mistake. As many have said, the process takes forever if you are replacing lenses in your old glasses. Not sure on buying new. Then, mine came back in way worse shape than they were in when I sent them. They had some sort of sticky (glue?) substance all over the frames. Almost like somebody was eating glazed donuts when they packed them up…and even worse! - My right hinge was frozen closed and would not open. Both hinges were blue and rusty/tarnished. I had to oil them just to get them to open. I have NO IDEA what this was or why, but this was a barely used, home spare pair of glasses. Now they also slide off my face way more than my other IDENTICAL frames. Maybe I bent them trying to open them, or maybe it was just another mishandling by them. Either way it's poor service.
The script also seems off and they give me a headache from eye strain. Maybe I measured the pupillary distance number wrong, but I've done this before elsewhere without an issue.
Customer service is also horrendous. You literally get 1 reply per week continually asking more questions like a shady insurance company. The last reply I sent said exactly this and I just asked them to either take care of my issue or tell me no…they replied 5 days later with more questions lol. You can't make this stuff up.
In the end, the savings aren't nearly worth the hassle. It's really not much more expensive to go to a local store or chain where you can get your glasses in less than a week, and have someone to bring them back to if there's an issue. Lesson learned for me. Never again.

Better Than Expected!

I had never used a service like this before and at the cost, I wasn't sure what I would be receiving. The service was above and beyond. I received the packaging to ship my frames in which was carefully thought out to protect my glasses. Shipping label and everything was received so shipping my glasses was as simple as boxing them up and dropping them off at the post office. I received notification when there was a delay due to a quality issue, which is great that these things are checked before sending them to me. I then received tracking information when they were being returned. I received the glasses packaged nicely in a box, wrapped for protection inside of a nice glass case. I also received some eyeglass cleaner and an eyeglass wipe, which is more than I received when purchasing a new pair of expensive glasses at LensCrafters. So happy with this company and will definitely recommend.

The lenses apparently had to go back to the lab for a second time, and I wasn't told about the delay. Happy that they took the time to get things right, but would have liked a heads up abotu the delay.

Purchased 18 Aug of this year. Received when I got back from being out of the country end of September. Attempted to get warranty done but I'd have to send them into Colorado. So no glasses for who knows how long. So I decided not to send them out. At least I had my old glasses to use. I don't have those anymore as they were now a different prescription and didn't need them. So don't buy insurance unless you are willing to send off your glasses. If not, then get them locally. At least you'll have your glasses while they make you a new lens.
