The overall experience was good. I love the way the lenses came out but my frames are bent so bad. My eye doctor did her best to reshape them but they will never be the same they are wearable but not the most ideal nor comfort.

Customer Care Team, and she was prompt to respond and pleasant to work with.
The only complaint is that it took quite sometime to receive my order. I don't know if the pandemic was at fault or they were swamped, either was not relayed to me on the time frame.
I had an old pair of subscription lens Rayban sunglasses that I couldn't part with. I contacted Lensabl to verify that they could replace the lenses in my frames & were happy to find that my frames were acceptable. I received the shipping box very quickly & sent off my frames. It was a very quick turnaround and now I have my favorite sunglasses again & I am thrilled!
I have not received my glasses. I am concerned they are lost. I know some of the confusion is on my part however communication of the order has not been great
Not gonna lie, I had a horrible experience. Making and order was a breeze, but when I received the lenses they were brown instead of a brown gradient.
I contacted support and Jayme got back to me and sent me a shipping label to correct it, the lab received my glasses and went to production. But when I finally received them for the second time, the lenses were the exact same color that I sent them.
I contacted support again, this time Rudy replied. He told me that the lab can't make it into a gradient which was annoying because that's what I ordered. At this point I just gave up and accepted my loss. Then out of nowhere Jayme got back to me apologizing, she made sure to personally talk to the lab manager to get it right this time around. And they finally did.
Rudy wanted to close the case, Jayme wanted a happy customer. I'm going back because of Jayme. Thanks again!
My experience with Lensabl was awesome from beginning to end. In stead of trying to navigate the site myself I emailed support to ask about cheap lenses for my Echo Frames and if I could later trade up to more expensive lenses. I got a very clear answer of "No" almost instantly which is awesome! No beating around the bush and I got a code for 20% off my first purchase if I'd like to try out the service. Customers can handle delays and bad news as long as you communicate quickly and honestly. I'll buy all my contacts and lenses here from now on!
Pretty good with the exception of my glass case being exchanged for yours. I want my case returned. It's sturdy and protects my 409$ frames.

I love most of my experience. It was easy and cost effective and allowed me to use my current frames. However, the right lens is thicker than the channel it should fit in. Therefore, the frames are spread out and don't fit tight on my head. I cannot wear them if I am running or doing anything physical, which is what I intended to use these glasses for.
I have a significantly strong prescription and, as a result, optometrists charge an arm and a leg for my prescription lenses. My insurance coverage is fine for frames, but lenses are often 3 times more than the frames. I had found a great pair of frames second hand at a great price, but didn't want to eliminate and savings I might enjoy on this pair of glasses by bringing my frames to an optometrist. Lensabl was exactly the option I needed. My glasses came back perfect with a nice new case and excellent lenses. I even added an upgrade to the AR coating that wasn't part of my quote at the optometrist and the lenses came back less than half the price with Lensabl. I save about $200 just on the lenses. It took a little longer than I expected, but worth the wait, especially considering the savings!
I recently sent in frames to Lensabl. I had gotten super cute Fossil frames almost two years ago which were prescription. I then ended up having corrective eye surgery. I have been wanting to turn my Fossil frames into blue light filtering glasses so that I can still use them. I had an amazing experience with Lensabl. The website is easy to use and the entire process was seamless and efficient. I am so excited to be able to use these super cute frames again!

My lens are great, I love being able to use my favorite frames. However, I must mention delivery was s-l-o-w. It took 6 weeks from the time I ordered.
It took a little longer than I was expecting, but I'm satisfied with the results.
I ordered two pair of lenses, one pair of frames returned broken. They made a replacement but the lenses were not what I ordered. Sent the remakes back after going back and forth for 3 weeks. They claimed they were the right lenses but transition even stated they didn't seem to be right. Finally sent them back another 3 weeks before I received what I ordered. My order started in late May was completed in August. The lenses are very good quality and the first pair were fast and right. The second well you read what that was like.
I was concerned about have lenses replace is a pair of prescription sunglasses that had damaged lenses. But i figured i'd give Lensabl a try. I have to say i am very impressed with the results. It took the a while to complete the order. I'm not sure if Covid played a role in the timing, but the wait was worth it. Very nice product.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
