I didn't know what to expect ordering lenses for my bf sunglasses but y'all made it so simple and easy. Also even though there is no number to call they really do get back to you in 24 hrs if you email and they are super helpful! The lenses are expertly crafted and look amazing (i got the mirrored ones). 10/10 would recommend
Lens replacement was satisfactory, but the frames were returned wider than what I sent, and now they do not fit. I have to take them to another optical shop to see if they can be repaired.
Getting new lenses in an old and much loved set of frames went well. The first lenses were off a bit, and after a few emails a new set was arranged. These are pretty much spot on. So: excellent price value, reasonable completion time, excellent customer service. I will certainly use Lensabl again when the time comes.
The overall eyeware came out well. But it took way too long and many enquiries. Not impressed with their communications. Also there is no way to check order status without raising ticket.
There was no communication regarding status of my order, only when I reached out personally and even then it took a few days. I essentially felt like I spent nearly $100 just to have glasses I'll never be able to wear, when I thought I could get use out of my mother's old glasses. I feel as though the prescription is off because when I look through them, the vision seems really unbalanced and gave me headaches each time I tried to use them, even during computer use. When I received them, one part of the lens frame felt really fragile, and when I tried adjusting the bands for a better ear fit, one of the lenses popped right out and the frame broke. So. Now I really can't use them. I feel that if I came to them with my issues, they wouldn't be solved with out a fee or in a timely matter or with any communication, so I essentially lost out on $100 on what was a hopeful whim and trust in a company. I do not even know if my review will be seen or will probably just be discarded. So, use this service with discretion.
I am surprised to know that there is no way to contact the customer care other than a chat box (offline at many times) and email. They promised to respond in 1 day after an email but got a response after 6 days. My order has been delivered late. One of the orders was missing (ordered two products and only one was delivered.)
I prefer wrap around type safety glasses because they offer a very close fit to my face. No one in my area was offering these type safety glasses because of convex shape of the lens I shipped a brand-new pair of nonprescription Wiley DVX sun glasses to Lensabl with my prescription and they returned the best safety glasses that I've ever owned. The prescription spot on and so is the fit. I plan on shipping them pair of Wiley DVX sunglasses with my prescription and having them make up sunglasses for me.

I am impressed with the great quality of the lenses; I wear progressives and was a little apprehensive when I placed my order, despite glowing recommendations from my friends. Turns out I didn't need to worry: helpful customer service, quick turnaround, the process was uncomplicated and... I can see again!
I used Lensabl to replace the scratched lenses in my favorite pair of sunglasses. I am Asian with a very flat nose bridge, so finding a plastic pair of sunglasses with no nosepiece is very difficult. Most sunglasses come with an adjustable nosepiece that gets caught in my hair or are very heavy. I found sunglasses that fit well, were lightweight, and never slid down my nose after multi-hour bike rides in the middle of summer. But then I dropped the glasses on a hike and scratched the lenses. I repurchased the same model but the design had changed. LensCrafters quoted me $270 to replace the lenses. After spending months looking for a suitable replacement pair of sunglasses or a reasonable lens replacement quote, I decided to try Lensable. I'm so pleased with these lenses. My favorite pair of sunglasses look great and are still lightweight. I was very concerned with the weight because after a few hours sunglasses can get heavy and irritate my nose and slide down (especially if I'm outside and sweating!). These replacement lenses haven't changed the weight of my sunglasses. I'm so happy to have my sunglasses back, and I didn't even have to go to a store.
They also return my old scratched lenses too. Shipping was very quick too.

I ordered some new glasses from an Indiegogo campaign and since they dropped the ball in figuring out how to handle prescriptions lens they handed the job to Lensabl. They did a great job, were fast ad customer service was helpful and proactive. Glasses came back really fast and the fit is great.

This is my first experience with Lensabl. It did take me awhile to get my final product. But we'll worth the weight. They are currently on my Stoggles for work. So far they've proven to be great. Little thick on the lens but since they are for work I'm okay with it.
What I thought was going to take seven work days took nearly a month and the prescription is wrong. I had such very high hopes. The good news - your support element is responsive to email messages.
I ordered new glasses because my old frames broke. I have used Lensabl before to get prescription lenses for my sunglasses and was very pleased. The new glasses I received recently is a different story. They are bifocals and I love the look of the frames and they are perfect for my nearsightedness, but they are a disaster for reading up close - especially while using the computer. The up close prescription has to be incorrect because when I put on my broken glasses (with the same prescription I submitted to Lensabl), it is a very difficult to see. In other words, I can't wear the new glasses.
First, I want to say it took my glasses a while to be delivered because of my prescription, however the customer service was great! I was able to reach out to see the status of my glasses and received a response in a timely manner. I absolutely love my frames!

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
