I ordered gradient lens sun glasses. My lens are almost clear Not what I expected
I was willing to use Lensabl even after they sent glasses months ago with one lens not securely in place requiring a send back, Today I received two pairs of glasses for lensabl lens replacements and one is wrong because they used an outdated prescription from back when I had not yet had a cataract corrective surgery. They did fill the Rx correctly for one of the frames but used the wrong script for the other frames and now they need to go back too. Oh and at first they wrote me to say they
Lost one of the two frames and then the next day said oops we found them.

I am usually very positive and upbeat, glass half full guy, but my honest review of my lenses is pretty darn awful. I wear progressives and have been wearing for years and my script is updated with a recent exam. I followed all the instructions to the exact specifications. I have to tilt my head and eyes to be able to focus close up. Distance is not great either. The focal point doesn't converge well at all! I also paid for gray (which is supposed to be the darkest) transition lenses that only give very, very minimal shading during daytime sunny days. I paid almost three hundred dollars with the discount and the lenses are basically unusable. Shame on me for not reading the fine print as there are no refunds! Also the lenses do not fit properly in the frames and overlap on one side and are recessed on the other with with most likely result in the lenses become dislodged any day now, I tried to push them back in but don't want to damage my Oakley Carbon Plate frames. I have had great results with another online frame and lenses company but they don't do the "my frames" their lenses deal like Lensabl does. My advice, try Pearl Vision or Lenscrafter and get what you pay for.
My frameless glasses were almost bent in half and the temples are at 45 degree angles when returned. When I sent them in the arms formed 90 degree angles with the lenses, these had to be readjusted signifcantly. Also took much longer turnaround than advertised.
The glasses took a while to come but that's ok. I did not need them urgently. The frames looks great and the power is good.
However, the frame is loose. I cannot do anything to tighten it as the frames are a bit flimsy. If I bend them I'm worries they will break. Not sure how much I'll wear these and if I'll order again from lensabl. If this issue can be corrected, it will be great

This is the second time I've used the lens replacement service. Both have been well executed. My prescription is fairly strong, and I'm always a bit worried the lense clarity or alignment will be "off" and I'll experience various brain-corfusing distortions. But in both cases, lensabl got it right. I ordered the highest-index lenses, had them roll and polish, and all was done perfectly. I hope you have an equally good experience.
No one else could do it. Only Lensabl. It didn't take long at all to get my glasses back. They look terrific. I am so surprised at how they could do it in only a few weeks time! When I need another pair of glasses, I'll get them from here again!
I had sunglass frames I loved but needed lenses from my last exam. Decided to get Transitions rather than just tinted lenses. Nice service, took a couple of weeks to get them back but this was around Christmas, and shipping was slower during this time. I love the glasses and will probably send another pair for replacement lenses in a couple of weeks.
The process is very straight forward. Took a little longer than expected but the glasses came out great. Love the packaging too.
Close to two months and my lenses aren't ready. When I complained they gave me a BS quality control delay and would ship back for free. First time was slow but not this slow. I'll be at two months from door to door by the time I get them. Never again.
Online intake process was lengthy but cool and avoided a trip to the optometrist. Took two weeks to complete the work. No where I did I see not to send in the fames without the case. I later found out they will not return them... They told me they'd try to get it back for me, but it never made to me. I'm bummed, I really liked that case.
I placed an order on 9/4/20 (#*******) for a single vision sun tinted lenses and the prescription was perfect. However, I placed a subsequent order on 11/28/20 for four pairs of lenses to be filled with single vision with the same prescription used for the previous order. The prescription in all four of the lenses were incorrect. I am unable to read from any of the glasses updated.
I would like to resend the glasses back to be corrected.
I sent in my old frames with a new prescription as well as the measurements used for my current new glasses and when I got my glasses back I couldn't see distance or close up with them. It appears that they didn't even use my prescription. Totally unusable.

Very pleased with my 'new" "old' glasses. I had bought a beautiful designer frame and spent many hundreds of dollars many years ago. The progressive lenses in these frames were unusable for me but by the time I finally determined this it was too late to have them redone. I even used by insurance and still the entire finished product was well over $500. Such a waste and every time I opened the drawer where they lay languishing I felt badly at such a waste of money. Enter Lensabl and now I am no longer fretting about wasted resources. I am using my beautiful frames with a prescription which works for me and at such a great price too. I would recommend Lensabl without hesitation! If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be on the PD measurements. The credit card picture idea might not be the most accurate way to measure. I sent my picture to Lensabl but I double checked with my optometrist and the Lensabl vs optometrist measurements were different. So to be on the safe side I would get your PD measurements from your eye doctor.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
