The first pair of lenses I received weren't correct so I shipped them back. I received excellent customer service from Alex who really worked with me to get my progressive lenses correct. Unfortunately, after returning the original pair, they sat at the lab for a month. After many emails and communication issues—some on my part, Lensabl and I connected and my glasses were redone and sent out immediately. Ultimately, I think their customer service is very responsive despite the glitches, and I would definitely order from them again. My new lenses are amazing.
I ordered premium anti reflection and I was sent lenses with the worst light reflection on both the front and back of lenses I've ever had.

I had two frames I sent in fitted with RX lenses. The eyeglasses came out fine. The Sunglasses look great, however, the polarization is out of phase with the other lense. So when you look through them it creates a bright/dull sensation like 3d glasses.

After I sent the copy it was seeming to me to take a long time before I was getting my glasses, so I emailed Jayme and she let me know where I was in the process and she also let me know when they shipped. I appreciated her helping me.
So far so good! I sent in an old pair of frames that I liked but that had a very old prescription. The turnaround time was acceptable and the lenses are great so far. You can't tell there's a blue light–blocking coating just by looking, but I noticed on the first night that my eyes were less strained. It felt good to update and reuse my favorite frames.
I bought my favorite pair of frames during a trip to Tokyo a few years ago and was sad to find that my prescription had changed at my last optometrist appointment. Lensabl made updating my lenses super easy and I'm so happy with the result. Since my screen time has increased exponentially during work from home I'm so glad that I now have blue light filtering lenses, I can definitely notice a difference in my eyes feeling less fatigued at the end of the day. I also splurged on anti-fog coating to counteract that issue when wearing my mask and it's been a great help! Will definitely be recommending lensabl to friends and family!
Ridiculous. I'm a repeat customer, and this time around the service was just godawful. After ordering and shipping out my frames to them, it took them more than ONE MONTH to respond to me - and of course I had to be the one to initiate any sort of conversation in order for action to be taken. This was with their site saying no COVID delays.
$250 for what? To not have my glasses more over a month? You've lost a loyal customer because you're not even responding to my requests for you to attempt to deal with the situation.

Two of my glasses took 2 weeks longer than expected time (so that's 3 weeks), and when I did receive it yesterday, the prescriptions were not right, and my old lenses were not returned to me (I have done business with Lensabl in the past and was satisfied then, my old lenses were returned back to me too, hence I decided to use Lensabl again but am extremely disappointed this time of how long it took, and when I did get my glasses, they did not feel comfortable to wear because of the wrong prescription). Overall, I'm unsatisfied and will not be a returning customer.
This was the best experience. Eyeglasses are my ~accessory of choice~ but it's hard to find frames I love since I have a PD on the smaller size. Lensabl made it so easy to send in the frames I want to get lenses replaced. From the time I ordered to receiving my glasses back was maybe 3 weeks? Trust me, I'll be a customer forever.
Everyone was very easy to deal with and doing multiple pairs of glasses (4) really saved me so much money! My only complaint is turn around time as it took 3 weeks to get back and I paid extra to overnight.
I sent my old frames to Lensabl on 30 December and received them back on 26 January. Although USPS has reported delivery backlogs, it became clear after repeated status checks that the delay was at the Lensabl end... The lenses are fine and the pricing for them was reasonable.
I bought two pairs of lens from Lensabl: 1st is for sunglasses (non-prescription) - they're fine. The second is for prescription reading glasses. I can't use them at all! They make me dizzy and give me a headache. I'm terribly disappointed!

The lens are high quality. I had to take off one star for the delayed shipping, and they had returned a pair glasses with lens that are completely out of focus and prescription was inaccurate. However, great customer service. Although, they needed a couple specifics about why my pair wasn't working... they were able to have me resend it in to get the lens corrected, and the new ones work perfectly. I'd recommend Lensabl if you can afford to have it take between 2-3 weeks to complete and deliver. Quality, affordability, and good customer service.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
