Glasses received with the arms bent way out. Now they fall off my head
I really wanted a pair of Warby Parker glasses but didn't want to spend $320 on them when I wear contacts 60% of the time. I found a lightly used pair of the ones I wanted on eBay for way cheap and lensabl allowed me to get my prescription put in them for under $100 total! I'm so thrilled with the pair and cannot wait to wear them. What an excellent service.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with any online retailer. Not only did they take a month to send my glasses out, but I ended up not receiving the extra features I paid an extra $100 for.
The order was sent back to be corrected, and it has been another 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back on my order status.
My emails go unread and I am often left with no response. On the rare occasion where they do reply, it is usually in a very rude and unprofessional manner.
This is a warning to all. STEER CLEAR FROM LENSABL.
I sent my frames in to Lensabl on November 24,2020.
On 12.14.2020 Lensabl confirmed receipt of my frames.
On 12.21.2020 Lensabl maintained that they couldn't confirm my prescription.
(My prescription had been updated and was on file from another order just 30 days earlier.)
Ok my bad, I immediately sent my prescription and contacted Lensabl to confirm receipt on 12.22.2020.
They opened a ticket to investigate what the status of my frames was.
Lensabl responds reporting status saying your order will be shipped in six days.
Then six more days. And then six more days. Finally on January 12, I decide to contact Lensabl for an update and get a note that their QC found problems with the lenses and sent them back to be "reworked."
We have been nice to know without the wait.
Finally on February 2, yeah, Groundhog Day! Lensabl says the order shipped.
On February 3,2021 I finally have my glasses.

Service has progressively deteriorate and customer service is an oxymoron with Lensabl.
Since the price is at a premium, it seemed the service was worth paying for.
When you claim you will deliver – you need to live-up to your claims.

I ordered replacement lenses for my frames (as I've done many times before from Lensabl over many years). Ordering online was easy. A box arrived via mail for my frames to be returned to Lensabl. I popped them back in the US mail, and a few days later my completed glasses arrived back in my mailbox. They are perfect!
It was a great experience ordering lenses from Lensabl. Customer service helped me place the order, and the shipping instructions were easy to follow. The sunglasses arrived exactly as promised.
This is my second lens order and these worked out well. I'd offer at least one more carrier however. USPS unfortunately is not as reliable lately. They were delivered to another address. Fortunately my neighbor dropped them off.

First there was a re-make due to their inhouse quality problem. Then there was a back order on the frames. Then, yea!, they were ready to ship. UPS didn't actually get the frames for another 5 days. 44 days from order entry to receipt of product. Lenses (transitions) are fine, so final quality is OK.
Although I was initially confused by the process of sending the glasses in, once the shipping container arrived it was all smooth sailing from there. The service was terrific, the timeframe from start to finish was surprisingly short and the returned product was fantastic! The online tracker was terribly inaccurate as for more than a week it showed the same countdown in term of days, but when going through the checkout process I was expecting months not weeks and It was delivered much faster. I've been a customer for a long while now. This last time that I used their services was amazing! I sent them pictures of my frames asking if they were good to use (highly recommend. It only takes a couple mins!) And they were good. I sent them out but had a last minute eye exam to update my prescription and sent them an email asking if I could send put a halt on my order and send them the new prescription and they were cool with that! Stellar and quick customer service.
I love that I get to keep my favorite frames from Roka and just put new lenses in them. They seem high quality and are very clear. Had a few issues and questions but the team helped me out quickly and everything was solved.
I had one pair of glasses get replacement lenses through lensabl several months back and was very satisfied. This time around I had an issue with the returned product; the frames were distorted and morphed. I reached out to customer support who handled the situation relatively well. The communication was ok, could have been better. I felt like i had to reach out too many times to get answers, also the final product they returned to me, albeit much better, is not perfect. The last email i sent to the customer service rep who was dealing with me was responded by another individual. I would have liked some follow up, maybe a discount code for future lenses, and some sort of recognition of the situation.
I order my lens and Bose frame on Dec. 11. I did not receive until February 2nd. I emailed 5 times to get status updates. Only one email was returned. For over month the website status said shipping in 3 days.
When I finally received my lens the left lens polarization is way off. Any screen I look at is massively distorted. An issue I do not have with countess other pairs of polarized sun glasses. So in the end, I massively over paid - for lens that were massively late - and lens that are not correct. Complete waster of time, money.

After being delivered to the lab, my frames took over a month to complete. Throughout this entire process, I never received any notifications from the company to let me know they would be delayed. Only after I emailed customer support did I receive a response promising that they would be done in a few days. Weeks later, I still had not received my frames and had not received any further updates from customer support. Once again, I had to email customer support to chase after my glasses and I was told again that my frames would be completed in a few days. The customer support agent was neither apologetic about the month-long delay or empathetic to the fact that I had been waiting so long for my glasses so that I would be able to see, and did not offer any solution other than for me to continue waiting. I finally received my frames over a month later. The construction and lenses seem fine, but the long wait and poor customer service experience left me with a bad taste.

I have used Lensabl before with good results. But this time I made the mistake of combining two jobs into one: a pair of bifocals and a pair of computer reading glasses. The frames I sent were quite different. Imagine my horror when my order came back with the bifocals in a totally unsuitable skinny frame which I intended for the computer prescription. The other, roomier frame had the computer lenses. I have contacted Lensabl and requested a remake.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
