I have a pair of Rimless frames that I LOVE! My local opticians will NOT replace the lenses as they say they could damage the frames. I'm sure they just want you to purchase new for the $650.00. I found Lensabl two years ago and they replaced my lenses no problem!
This year I did the same thing. They didn't tell me they could NOT replace my lenses at all. Some things changed on the web site and I ordered them again. When they came back it seemed like the anti reflective wasn't on my lenses. I tried to like it but did not. I sent them back with the understanding on their part that they would spay a coating and it might affect the transitions. I was fine with that. I just got them back yesterday. They DID obviously make a mistake and gave me two new lenses. It's fantastic! I feel with so many businesses short on help, or new employees it was just an over site and that they would make it right and they DID! I will NOT hesitate to use this company every year especially when I'm saving almost $400. Thank you Lensabl for providing me quality lenses in my favorite frames!

I ordered a pair of glasses online, frames and lenses from another company. When I got them, I could tell there was something wrong with the lenses because I couldn't see through them correctly. I tried to contact that company but the customer service was horrible. There was a big communication/language gap and they wanted me to jump through hoops to prove they had made a mistake and that the lenses weren't correct. Needless to say, I stopped bothering with that company and luckily found Lensabl while searching online.

I even got a notification that through their quality control inspections they found something wrong with my lenses and were starting on making another pair. After my experience with the company I got them from, I was so happy and impressed to find out that Lensabl caught an issue and fixed it themselves! I appreciate their quality control and communication SO much, especially after what I went through with that other company. I will gladly order from them again, tell everyone how amazing they are and plan on sending another pair of glasses to them this week!
I had some expensive non prescription sunglasses and sent them to LenDale with my new prescription, it was an easy process, just followed the steps online and I just got them back. They are great!
12/28/2022 I ordered new bifocal lenses but you sent them with lines! I couldn't see out of them and had to go somewhere local and pay way more again for new lenses. A total waste!

Very easy to order, order just arrived and I am excited to be able to use these every day in my work in the hospital. I also love how they look and the color I choose
I had ordered a pair of safety glasses from stoggles and wanted to get prescription lenses in them. Stoggles had referred me to lensabl for this service. I placed my order on 5/1 and requested a box to send my glasses in and this arrived about a week later. After sending my glasses off the website tracker updated to show it was received (5/18) and in-process and never changed past estimating shipping in 5 business days. On 5/28 I got an email that my lenses had not passed quality control, they would need to be redone, and apologized for the delay. The tracker then updated to show it was delayed and still continued to show shipping in 5 business days. No further updates happened on the tracker but on 6/12 I received an email that they were shipping my glasses. I received my glasses on 6/14 and they were packaged beautifully.
Overall, the lenses seem very nice and I am pleased with the quality of the work. I anticipated that it would take a couple of weeks to get my lenses made (plus some time for the shipping box to be sent to me at the beginning) but I did not expect that it would be quite this long. It might have been slightly less irritating if the web tracker had actually changed throughout the wait.
Initially good, but then after I asked for and paid for a second pair, have received no confirmation of that payment and no word regarding the shipment of the second pair. So I'm a little concerned.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
