I chose to stop sending emails because when I did send one I received a strong email in return telling me to stop sending them.
However, I have received about 15 emails with discounts and everything else for more product. It would be nice of those stopped.
I've had these frames for years and my prescription hasn't changed. This is my first time using lensabl and the lenses come out from the frame. They also took a long time to get my glasses back to me.
I am rating you as a 4. Your service was fast. It only took a week from the time I sent the frames off. I was able to track where my glasses were in your process. Unfortunately there are is a circle embedded into both lenses. I noticed them when I received my glasses. I wore them to work last night and I was impressed how they are splash proof!
There was a delay caused by a technical issue with my order. Issues can happen, but a perfect service would require that the business inform me before I have to ask what's going on. Otherwise I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely choose Lensabl again.
Lenses took over double the time they estimated, overall was without my glasses for 1 month. No communication that there were issues with the process until I reached out. Will have to try someone else next time.
I purchased the Bose sunglasses with prescription lenses for my husband as Christmas present. It took so long to get them that they were an early Valentine's Day present. They did not arrive until February 3! Unsatisfactory!
These lenses hold up better against scratches than the Warby originals, so far. My only nit: they kept my Warby case on my first set and gave me one of their crummy, gigantic cases. That was not cool. Otherwise, I'll keep coming back.

I ordered Bose Frames on March 28. Only wanted +2.25 reading glass lenses. After nearly a month, the wrong model Frames arrives. This the gang that can't shoot straight. All their excuses are about "quality," something that does not exist with these people.
I thought everything about this process was great, but the coating on these lenses is intense, it almost makes them look like a blue mirrored lens. People say they can't see my eyes in certain light... Not sure if I'm going to keep these.
Easy and smooth process, great quality lenses. Only thing I would change is the shipping provider... the United States postal service held up me receiving my glasses on time. Thrilled with my purchase though!
Bought frames and lenses this time rather tha. Send in my own frames. They look great though I may need to adjust the nose pieces (scary) because they sit a little crooked (most likely my face). But, awesome glasses. Thank you!
Ordered the glasses one week ago today (that's when they first received them) and am still waiting for an email saying they're ready for shipping. How long does it take? I can get new lenses at a store in two days. These guys take 2-3 WEEKS!
The CSR named "Marky" is one of the worst reps i've ever dealt with - absolutely uselessly incompetent, rude, and never follows through on any promises of follow-ups. Horrible. She desperately needs to be disciplined/fired.

The glasses are very comfortable and the process of filling them with my prescription was convent and easy. They truly do not fog or slide down your face, which is amazing when you are in an isolation room or performing patient care! I'm thrilled to have found this brand and encourage any healthcare provider to purchase a pair.
Frame and lenses are excellent. This might be my fault but I definitely misunderstood the priority ordering since you guys needed some time to prepare them. Definitely will come back though. Great product.
Such a cool experience, I had an eye prescription that was about 2 years old. No local retailer would allow me to put lenses into my new frames without me taking a new eye exam. After some research I ended up coming across Lensabl and decided I'd give em a shot. So far I've put lenses in 3 different frames all with different lens specs and each pair came out perfect! Can be a little pricey but you can't beat the convenience. 5 stars.
I bought prescription sunglasses (sent in my own frames), and the process was easy. Just like any new glasses, it will probably take me a week to get used to them. But they look great, and you can't beat the quality at this price. Highly suggest!
I was happy with my last lens replacement, about 1 year ago. Your service has improved in small ways since then. It's obvious that you're working at fine tuning your product and I will surely use Lensabl again.
Bought new frames and lenses. They were completed and arrived sooner than anticipated. Huge improvement over my old glasses. I will be ordering replacement lenses for those as well.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
