I found this company about a year ago looking to replace my lenses. I saw the reviews and decided to give them a try. I have a pair of bose tenor smart glasses and had them put transition lenses in them. It took about 2 weeks for the whole process and the came back better than I expected and no problems. I recently had my prescription updated and sent in a pair of razer anzu glasses. This time i got the 20% tint. Same result. I'm extremely with there service. Have about 6 more pair of glasses I want to sent them. This company is the real deal.
Great company to work with, very patient. Their follow up is amazing. The website was easy to navigate choices were very clear and most evolved. The sunglasses are amazing. Excellent protection for the sun and they got my prescription. Perfect.
Was very easy to order and I got the frames back fast. Also had someone follow up to make sure my prescription was correct.
After waiting two weeks for my order to arrive I opened the box to dis over I was sent the completely wrong (and godawful) pair of optical lenses and frames. I immediately emailed lensabl and after waiting two days and getting no response I reached out a second time and asked for my correct order to be expedited to which lensabl told me to wait 7 business days… $150 and over three weeks after my initial order my correct order hasn't even been processed or shipped nor have I been compensated in any way for THEIR mistake. I also still can't see because I have no glasses. What a horrible experience made even worse by horrible customer service protocols.
Love my glasses. My order status didn't update though so it was hard to track and took a little bit. But I didn't mind and well worth the wait. I love Goodr and love love love that I can have my favorite glasses in my prescription! I will be ordering another pair eventually.
Got glasses back, left eye totally wrong. Sent glasses back 3 weeks ago, got a "we're working on it" email a few times. Asked for money back, haven't heard back.
Went to boomerang in the meantime and got another pair re-lenses for less money, same Rx and it was perfect.

A great quality lens and coupled with a coupon code, the best price. I was able to get some extras because the price was so good. The customer service is unbeatable. I had a small issue and they were right on it, and advising me every step of the way. I thank the entire staff at Lensabl. Job Well Done.
Lensabl sent my brand new frames back with a bent hinge and a scratched lens that they just installed. When they came back the second time the hinge was still bent. Their customer service is accessible only by email and are slow to respond. I do not recommend Lensabl.
I will say that following the instructions are very important. I did not pay attention to some of the things required so it caused some delays. The support was very responsive and once I took care of what steps i missed it was an easy process. The lenses are fantastic, as good as other more expensive services I have used. Better than Warby parker's I also own.
I wish I had done my homework before ordering prescription lenses with Lensabl. The name of the business is a telling. I placed the order, paid upfront, mailed my own frames. Multiple mistakes including shipping to wrong address, incorrect prescription on lenses, losing the frames to sending out canned responses and admitting to it... 6 months in and still no refund nor damages on the lost frames.

The website was a little cumbersome, but the glasses are amazing. Website needs a way to add customer notes about prescription.
The whole ordering process was easy. The lab made sure to get my measurements exact before making the lenses and they came out perfect. I'll be a repeat customer.
I am very happy with my "new" glasses and grateful for this service which wasn't available in the past.
After a month of sending my frames in, I got my lenses and they don't fit my frames. You can see spacing on both the outside where the lenses are and the frame. I reached out to support and expect them to replace and make this right, but how did the lenses pass their supposed quality check!?!? Please do yourself a favor and take it to your local store.
I suppose I was confused. I tried to request a box for sending in glasses for new lenses. Waited over a week and a half and no box but did receive a shipping label. Assumed label was for the box I would receive. Tried to contact. After several attempts finally contacted Lensabl and was told I just requested label. Was told I would receive a box. Box came after about 2 weeks. Sent in glasses. Glasses came in about 3 weeks. There was a nick in the top of the frame. Glasses are ok but overall experience not great.
There was some confusion on my exact prescription. I had to confirm some measurements from my eye doctor before things could proceed. Overall a very positive experience and I will order again. My only complaint was the back and forth via email took several days. A phone call after the initial email would have wrapped it up in one day.
Ordered prescription sunglasses frames and lenses and got overnight shipping for an additional charge. I got my package today and I had two empty boxes. Attached pic illustrates this site's customer support. I emailed them to ask them why they mailed me to empty boxes but my receipts on their portal says my goods have been delivered.
Awesome! Great service! Quick and easy ordering. I bought frames from Quay Australia and needed prescription lenses put it. I have been using Costco optical but they recently broke 2 of my frames and were unable to put the prescription lenses in. They blamed it on the frames being "cheap". They ended up giving me 2 free pairs of glasses from their selection which is not the cutest glasses. Anyway, I decided to try out Lensabl to see if they would be able to do them. I actually sent in the frames that Costco said were "broken". Lensabl was able to put the prescription lenses in and they came out perfect! It took 2 weeks total for the entire process (shipping frames to them and getting them back). I am so happy with my glasses! I just ordered 3 more to have prescription lenses put in!

This was perfect! I've had my old frames broken on one side for over a year. It was being held up by tape! So I had ordered new frames from Amazon that I was just going to pop my lenses into but the new ones ended up not being the same size although they were the same style as my old ones. SO with that being said I needed new lenses for my new frames. I didn't know my exact specs but lensabl had an app that took a reading of my old lenses. Sent in my new frames to get the new lenses and all is well. Affordable too! I also had contacted customer service at one point because the online update stayed at 5-6 business days for just that amount of time but they kept me updated on my frames since I was worried they'd take months like all the negative reviews I saw. That was not the case for me. Very happy customer I was excited when they came in the mail! Also packaged very nicely it came back with a case and cleaner!
My son loves Goodr sunglasses but bummed when he got glasses and could not wear them. He loves them and it was great 18 birthday gift. They are a bit more expensive then I had planned which is why I did not give it 5 stars
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
