As good as the user expirience is pre order, once it is placed it goes into a vaccum. I was told it would ship in 7 business days. It has been 7 days total and the order still says 7 business days until it ships.

Shopping was great. Brought 3 pairs at this point. Problem came when a frame broke.
Communication from customer service was incredible. Rhinna was extremely helpful in correcting my order for me that I placed incorrectly. My safety glasses turned out wonderfully.

I love the look. And I can see really well. There is great coverage for my eyes. The glasses just don't fit my head. So sad because I really like them.
I am not completely satisfy with the end product, but it is acceptable. The shape of the lenses were slightly off especially around the curves. It took twice as long since the first set of lenses did not pass QA inspection and a new set was on order. This was much appreciated and felt the company took pride with their product. When I received my sunglasses, I wasn't exactly wowed by it and like I said it was acceptable and worthy of 3.5 stars.
Having said that, they did not return my original Oakley lenses. They did include the 1st set of the prescription lenses that did not pass QA inspection. When I inquire about my original lenses via email, their Lab Manager sent me their waiver that the customer agreed to. "By sending us your frames with existing lenses in them, you acknowledge that Lensabl is not liable for any damage done to the existing lenses. There are instances where your original lenses may break during the replacement process, and by sending us your frames with existing lenses, you acknowledge the risk that your lenses may get damaged and may not be returned to you."
Anyone who owned Oakley sunglasses know how easy it is to replace the lenses. The lenses are pretty robust and virtually unbreakable. I would say that is one of Oakley's best features. I have yet to break a single lens after 10+ years of ownership while swapping between lenses in excess of 20-30 times.
Therefore I downgraded the rating from 3.5 to 1 star.
Anyway, I will be taking my business to their competitors and there are plenty of them out there.
The process to replace lenses for eye glass is simple and without issue. Had glasses back to me with new prescription in 2 weeks. No need to pay extra for new frames I do not need.
I am ecstatic over my new lenses, you guys done a excellent job and even took the time to made sure that they were right. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND yall to anyone who wishes to have services done to their glasses.
Although the shipping too a little longer than I had hoped, my goggles arrived in perfect condition and are exactly what I was looking for! I will be buying a second pair in a different color!

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
