My frames were kept much longer than expected, but during the making of the lenses, QC department found a quality issue. They contacted me via email to inform me of the problem and sent them off to me.
I was excited to break the mold in buying new lenses for my favorite old frames! Rushed my frames and new prescription off to Lensabl. Weeks pass and I mean almost 8 weeks. Slow communication between myself and Lensabl (note their site says you emails go to the end of cue if you over communicate). After about 3 weeks I am told they LOST my most favorite frames... WHAT! So they try and make up by letting me choose a frame from their list... I cool down and choose some nice looking RayBan's... Good save Lensabl... 4 weeks later after they ship overnight (Thank you again Lensabl) my glasses arrive. Oh My God... lenses as thick as old coke bottles, so thick that the temples won't close all the way! If someone at customer service had called/written and said do you want to upgrade to a thinner lense? I AM SO SO DISSAPPOINTED.

Sent them my frames and 5 weeks later received them back after being told it would take 2 weeks. They said the reason it took so long was because their quality control rejected them twice. My lenses were dark blue and were progressive. I can't use them because of the waviness in the lens view gives me headaches. Their quality control sucks and they lied to me. Never use this company.
After sending in my full prescription, Lensabl told me that they did not receive my P. D.
I sent my P. D. to them multiple times over the course of a year. When I finally was sent my glasses, I only received one of the 2 pairs I prepaid for. I have contacted them regarding this matter and have not received a response. I will never use Lensabl again

Lensabl does customizations that I can't find anywhere else. I have very poor eyesight, and this was the only site that did wrap-around lenses with mirror/polarization in the color of my choice. It took a long time to get these done, and service updates were spotty - but those are both understandable under the circumstances (e.g., COVID work-from-home policies and such like). I will order from Lensabl again and will just have to moderate my expectations on how long something like this takes.

When I received my frames, they were broken and are now unusable. I am very disappointed as the frames were in perfect condition prior, and I just needed the prescription updated.
My order took about three weeks from shipping out my glasses to receiving back in the mail. There was a quality issue, but they expedited a new pair of lenses for me very quickly before they even shipped them out. They were very open about each step of the process, which I appreciate. I'm very impressed with my new lens, I like the cleaning kit they send it back with, I really have no complaints. I'll probably try another pair of new lenses in the future.
I bought stoggles and they advised to use lensabl for the lenses. During production my lenses did not pass inspection and they quickly emailed me to notify of the delay and got a new set going quickly. Shipment one finished was quick as well! Love my product!

When I had received my old frames with my new Lensabl lenses in the mail, (I love how Lensabl packaged the frames in their shipping boxes) I was blown away. The lens were really clear and thin and I immediately started wearing them right away and couldn't take them off. I had a strong prescription so I had to get the progressive lenses. A big plus for me was that I loved how they were transparent with me about my order and informed me any issues they had with my lenses while the new lenses were in production. The issues caused a slight delay in getting my frames but I loved that Lensabl made sure that I was getting quality lenses and made sure their quality checks ensured that. After the Lensabl expedited the process and I actually got my lenses still on time. They also give a small complimentary cleaning kit with your frames and new lenses. It is so worth it.
Lots of steps usually handled by clerk in optical shop handled by consumer. Think self-check at grocery store. Having said that, they finally arrived like brand new glasses. I saved at least 50% ordering replacement lens from Lensabl. I may do it again with another frame. I'm pleased with the result.
Poor lense fit in the frames and the lenses received do not match the original contours that were provided. These were received after two quality control rejections on your part (wait tardy imho). Request for correction currently pending, stay tuned….

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
