The website has many bugs that will affect your order placement—like fields not appearing or files not uploading when you think they did. Once your order is placed, the customer service is horrible. They write back with prewritten messages and rarely do they actually read your emails and answer questions. They take at least a month to make your lenses (not a week), and when they arrive, they are horrible. They are like toy lenses. And I paid for the upgrade. Their customer service does not respond within 24 hours and they do not have a phone number to work out any issues you may have. Don't waste your money on the "Lensabl+ Membership", it's a way for them to get you in and feel committed to them.
I'm in the process of working with my credit card to get all my money back. If I was ordering a custom t-shirt or hat, that's one thing, but these are glasses. I use them to see. When they are delayed and arrived all wrong, it's not good at all. And the fact that there's no one to call, it's just unethical.
After threatening to call my credit cards to file claims they agreed to call. They called. But their calls went straight to voicemail because when they call they called from a "No Caller ID" number. Really? You have $400 worth of my property (frames) and have taken some $500 from me in credit cards and you can't give me a number to call you back?
They claim the lenses took month because they had to re-make them 3 times. Really? Isn't that costly? In other reviews, I've seen this is common for them. So, wasting supplies, wasting labor, delays, and unhappy customers. Their business model cannot survive. I don't see them staying in business for very long. Don't do business with these people.
The process was super easy. They ship out the box for your frames and provide step by step instructions.
Delay in receiving my glasses back, and upon receipt the lenses kept popping out of the frames. No response on refund. I now have useless empty glasses and coke bottle sized lenses that wont fit anything. Waste of $97. Would not recommend
I sent 2 pairs of glasses and one pair of sunglasses in for new lenses. When they came back the sunglasses had clear lenses and one of the pair of clear glasses had sunglass lens. I contacted the company, they made it so simple to fix the mistake, they rushed the redo and sent them back to me second day air. All three pars are perfect! I deeply appreciate the way the company took responsibility and was so friendly about addressing the mistake. Thank you!

My granddaughter has vision issues so we thought not having to try on glasses would be great. Picked out a frame- took a picture. First you didn't have the frames - but no one called so I finally called and was told that frame was no longer available. Then the lenses didn't pass inspection - so back to the start - then the order was separated from the order. It wasn't even a special lens - we just needed pink/red lenses to help differentiate shadows. Never again.
Overall I am pleased with my prescription sunglasses, but will say that the entire process took 3+ weeks.
First issue is that it took 5-6 business days for my sunglasses to get to Lensabl. I feel like shipping could have been a little faster.

Ordered replacement lenses for current prescription in existing frames. I was notified that PD information was needed and instructions given to take a self photograph and return to Lensable. The first photo was rejected, retaken, and resubmitted. The glasses I received seem to be slightly out of alignment and don't rest straight on my face. This creates distortion and I need to have the glasses adjusted to fix this. Also, the lens material is heavier than expected and my glasses constantly slip down on my nose making wearing them very uncomfortable. I'm only wearing the new glasses as sunglasses and using my old pair the rest of the time.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on lensabl sunglasses lenses they lasted a little over a year then the start to split from the inside of the lenses so now I'm out hundreds of dollars and no usable sunglasses to wear. Their warranty in absolute trash and they will not fix or replace the issue. Go find a diffrent company with a better product and a better warranty save your money or you will have useless sunglasses
I had to chase you guys to understand why my order is taking over a month to arrive. I have purchased glasses locally and from the US and even during the pandemic it took two weeks to receive. They were responsive but do not take calls or call you back. They only use their ticket system. Be certain you have the time to wait for your glasses to be delivered. 4-7 days as indicated on the site is very inaccurate.

Although this took longer to receive the glasses, I appreciate the need for perfection and quality. After a much exciting wait, I received my glasses in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier! Customer service was great when my order got messed up somehow. My glasses came back just not as good if not even better than if I would have gone to an actual drs office to order!
I placed my order April 10 and did not receive my glasses until June 7. The glasses I received were not my prescriptions and had marking visible on them. Looks like a magnifying glasses. I spent over $200 plus the cost of my frame and still does not have the right glasses. When I called lensabl that the process was taking too long. I was called a disgruntled customer. I will never recommend lensabl to anyone I know.
Hello, I purchased lenses for my safety goggles from Canada. I read the website which advertises free shipping. I was then charged 35USD$ for shipping. On top of that I was then asked to pay for shipping to your company. When I inquired about this, I was rudely told that I didn't read the fine print. I suggested that when a Canadian resident enters their address a disclaimer should pop up to inform about extra shipping costs. I was informed by the customer service rep that this did exist but that upon further investigation it had been malfunctioning and turned off when I made my purchase. There was never any apologies or even an offer of a discount code on a future purchase. I ended up paying more in shipping costs than I did for the lenses. In addition I sent my glasses in a protective case that I trusted to protect my lenses which was not returned to me. I understand that may be my fault for choosing to ship my glasses to your company in the package I received them in, but I was met with rude customer service rep again who told me I shouldn't have sent in any cases I didn't want back. I am not impressed with the quality of cases that my glasses were returned to me in. I have waited a few weeks to try out my lenses before writing this. The lenses are adequate with no major concerns. I will not be returning to your company as I have found alternatives. I realize you are a smaller growing business so it pains me to write such a negative review but I truly was not happy with how the customer service agents approached my concerns and lack of any sort of reimbursement offer or compensation.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!

In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
