I do not understand how the price doubles with taxes and fees. The price is misleading. I have been a customer for years. This did not used to be the way it was. It's too expensive.
The "taxes and fees" have jumped up significantly. Have always been happy, but this is ridiculous. Almost $50 in taxes and fees for 2 boxes?! The 2 boxes were $64. That ALMOST DOUBLES the price of my order!

I wear a daily multifocal lens and I used the prescription on the box from my optometrist's office to order contracts. The same brand (REVEAL) was not available, but it was explained online that MyDay was the same kind of contact and produced by the same company. Then, on the REVEAL box there was something called "ADD" and underneath "MED" was listed. I didn't have the option to choose that when ordering. I proceeded with the purchase, received them, worn them, and they feel great. I will ask the optometrist's office what that is, so I will know in the future.

I was on my last lens, when I was told by last company that it was going to take about 2-9 weeks to get my order. Some how the manufacturer had run out. I couldn't wait, so was very happy when I was told by your representative they lens would be here much earlier AND less cost!
I was able to order the lenses I needed, but I had to go back to my doctor because the prescription was for a discontinued model. Customer service was apparently legally unable to make the substitution. Additionally, while I was fine with the advertised and listed price for the lenses, there was NOWHERE on the site that warned that processing and handling fees would be added. It wasn't until later that I found out that I had to scroll down to see the added fees that were added on. It would have been appropriate to state that Lens Type XYZ requires a processing fee of $ABC for this, that, or the other reason. I was disappointed that Lens.com did not offer a more thorough explanation. Also--for some reason--the delivery was delayed by FedEx, who routed the lenses from Central PA back to Ohio, and then back to their destination in Eastern PA. This resulted in multiple incorrect estimated delivery dates, but the lenses finally arrived. No problems so far, and I am not expecting any.

Site kept telling me my card was invalid. After trying again it went through because the card is good.
So, their website said 20$ a box, after rebate. 4 boxes of lenses, with tax, 200$. Plus I could get a 105$ rebate, cool. At checkout, there was a small little line, with an asterisk, adding an additional 100$ in tax recovery fees and processing charges. So, now my 20$/box lenses are 75$ a box, and once I apply for the rebate they are 50$ a box. Deceptive advertising! They worked really hard to make it look like they are the cheapest, when they are actually the same as everyone else.

I not only received my order a week early, but it came 3 days after it shipped and not even a week after I ordered! Everything was correct and the process was easy! Also, saved me $50 from buying here rather than my optometrist. Woo!

I received my lenses but they don't have the blue tint so now if I drop them or they get into the white are off my eye I won't be able to see them. Why was this not an option? I thought it would be automatic.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
