Unable to order anything less than a supply of 90. I have an unusual situation which lens.com was unable or unwilling to work with me on. In addition after my order was processed, it was held up by an error on their part. (saying that I needed a new prescription by my Dr. when my old script was still valid.)
Website was easy to navigate. Prices are competitive. Shopping was fast. What else is there to say?
I did save money going thru this website however it took sending back the first order even after my eye doctor sent the correct script over. Then I placed the Oder over the phone & called back because I received an e-mail that said my order was not being shipped yet, in the end it finally was received and they are correct & I love them but it was a mess to get them here.
Multi lens I believe on their website you pick medium instead of what my script had and that was why they kept getting confused.
I was really happy to find my contacts at half the cost of my eyecare provider. Only needing one box of each made Lens.com a no-brainer over everyone else I priced them with. Then, I checked out, and realized my 2 boxes of $32 contacts cost over $110. The difference was a handling fee (charged on some orders?) that didn't line item on my invoice. When you average out the price and handling fee, the price is the same as other providers. It took three conversations with customer service to get the answer.
Lens.com saved me a lot of money! I have always bought contacts from another website and I decided to look elsewhere to find them cheaper. I found them here and they saved me almost $60! I can buy about 4 boxes worth for what I bought 1 box for on the other website! I'm so happy I found this website!

The online eye exam was a life saver. My contact prescription never changes from year to year but I still have to pay almost $200 for an exam at my local optometrist. I love the option to pay $15.99 and have an online exam every 2 years. I chose 5-7 day shipping and received my contacts in about 4 days from ordering. The only negative is the processing fee that is added on, but even with this the contacts that I ordered were still cheaper than anywhere else.

They ship faster if you upload your RX prescription but if you don't have it they'll contact the eye dr for it and if the eye dr doesn't respond in the time frame asked then they'll ship them with what you said you prescription is that you ordered
