I love how quick and convenient contacts are delivered. I always do the standard (5-7) and it always comes at least 2 days earlier.
The customer service representative was nice and did his job in helping me place my order. But he didn't seem to know the types of contact lens brands. When my doctor miswrote the brand name on my prescription, he was insistent on needing to call her to get it corrected. Getting my doctor on the phone was a challenge too so the whole process was lengthy and cumbersome.
