The only problem I had was when my password was asked for I gave Lens. Com the one I had wrote down in my little book an I was told it was wrong

Website needs improvements. I'd given up finding anyway to upload my Rx, then found a way to do it when I went to delete my order. It's part of the checkout process instead of before you begin shopping. The website structure is focused on profit-generating soft lenses that become trash after a day instead of on money-saving RGP lenses that last a year or longer, but there is a reasonable selection of RGP brands and models. Shipping cost is excessive for low weight orders that can fit in an envelope.
It was my first time ordering so I didn't know what to expect because I had bad experiences, but when I received my order, it was just perfect. It fit in my eye perfect and I've had the best experience with it. I couldn't believe what a price I got for this contact, I had been paying an astronomical price from my eye doctor. I couldn't believe the price I got and it was so easy to order it and I got it like in two weeks.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
