Delivery was faster than my eye doctor. Fit was the same as the ones I received from my eye doctor. Upload of RX was a little combersome because image didn't take which was a PDF format. I sent my RX through the email and that worked fine. Overall great experience as the quality of the lenses appears the same as my eye doctor. I wear RPG so quality is important to me. I uploaded the incorrect prescription. I called and they were amazing helping me upload what they needed. I received my order with further issues. Excellent customer service.
The first time I placed an order I accidentally placed an order different than my prescription and they called me and told me it was wrong and helped me cancel the order and created me the correct order. They were very patient and really cared that the prescription order was accurate to the "T". Very happen and definitely will refer to more customers.
My formula is not common, therefore I was notified that it would take a while to be shipped. To my surprise, it arrived around a week earlier than the ETA I was given.
Good. Would have been very good. But on my first order i got no feedback. It kept saying processing. Then 2 weeks later i sent a chat and got a response that they couldnt read my Rx. 2 weeks went wasted.
I ordered 1 box of my left eye and 1 box of my right eye. I received confirmation of my order and I closed my browser. Seven minutes later I got a confirmation of 6 more boxes, 3 of each eye, which I did not order. And it has really been a pain trying to cancel the order which you didn't do and having to now pay to return the 6 boxes. So yes, not a good experience.
The price on the box of contacts was listed as $77. At checkout the price jumped to $107 after taxes and "fees". Estimate about $5 in taxes and they tack on a $25 "fee", making the true cost of the box around $102. I will be shopping around next time I need contacts.
Everything went smoothly with the ordering and delivery, but the taxes that got thrown onto the end, were ridiculously high without warning. I changed my order from 3 boxes to 2 because of it.
The package finally arrived but the package was badly torn and was repaired with packing tape. The lenses appear to be okay but will need to wear them to be sure. If there is any problem with them, I will contact you.

I have used lens.com before very successfully. I will certainly order from you again. The only struggle I had was understanding the very nice young man. I was talking to his English was a little rough.
Bait & switch tactics! I ordered Air Optix Aqua & was assured they have them in stock & instead I was sent the Hydraglide+ & then told they no longer stock the Aqua. Really?! The price was listed at $32.99 & when I got to checkout it suddenly jumped to $56.99! WTH?! Terrible business practices.
I began to order oniine but I had a simple question about one of the prescription factors. So I called for assistance regarding how to complete the form. What a fiasco. The customer service agent couldn't answer my question but asked if I'd like his help placing the order. Big mistake. One question after another. He was very polite and apologetic for the process. At the time, I couldn't tell how much longer it would take. I wanted to say "Forget it!" and hang up but now I had time invested. Never again. Not exactly sure of date. Just guessing.
On the printed prescription, it wasn't clear there was a specific brand of contacts that I needed to order and Lens.com didn't indicate that was necessary. It took me four attempts at ordering online before my order was successful, and I had to go to the place where my eye exam was done and prescription issued in order to get the order placed. It would be great if there was a note in the brand field that said you needed to order the specific brand the prescription was for.
Ordering was easy. Delivery was disappointing. Tracking indicated delivery days, but no package arrived. I finally received the lenses several days after ordering
I am wondering about the authenticity of my contact lenses. I ordered 2 boxes. I box was usual packaging. The second was different - different shade of blue, the codes were on different sides and the font on the actual contact lens pod was different. Looked like a dupe.
I order the whole family's contacts from Lens. Com. It's quick, easy, and they have the best prices.
Other sites advertise a similar price for contacts and then at checkout add service and shipping fees that make the visit to the site a waste of time...Lens.com didn't do that.
IT ONLY THING I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THEY DIDNT LET ME KNOW THE LENS WERE DELIVERED LAST FRIDAY 3-7-25 NEVER WENT OUT OF THAT DOOR TILL MONDAY THEY SHOULD E MAIL THE SAME DAY THEY DELIVER UNLESS I DIDNT SEE E MAIL. THANK YOU
I have ordered from this company multiple times. I have only had an issue once, and that was resolved. The prices are great, and I will continue to order from this company.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
