I have ordered from this company multiple times. I have only had an issue once, and that was resolved. The prices are great, and I will continue to order from this company.
While i have used lens.com for many years, other sites just don't compare to the simplicity. The only downside is lens.com mysterious order fee that more then doubles your order price with one box alone, and adds a painful increase if you order a lot. Even with a rebate a fee shouldn't be that high.
Showed one price until I hit submit payment then almost doubled. Then it was too late, order had gone through.

Best price and fast shipping. Selection options was easier than competitors and this site had the option for same correction power for both eyes and I was able to buy one box since I'm still testing multi-focal lenses.
I should not have to type anything. It's aggravating enough to have to put your star rating and everything else before you're able to submit whether or not you were happy with your service or that you received it.
Everything works great from choosing your lenses of preference to the delivery but the fees ad up so you end up paying double of what it originally anticipated or advertised as the price.

I was able to reorder my contact lenses easily. Received them quickly and at a fraction of the cost of other sites.
I have never had contacts before. This was so easy. I only ordered contact for Left eye because we could not get the prescription correct for the left. Now we got it and I will be ordering soon
The price looks great until you get to the shipping page. On the shipping page you put your address in and then there us a large blue bar that reads continue under that section. What you don't see, if you scroll beyond the continue bar, are the service fees they sneak in. What you think is a good deal gets wiped out with their sneaky fees.
The website made it easy to order and my contacts were quickly delivered.

Our online order experience was convenient (had pull-down menus on the website to select doc office and various doctors in that office to confirm the prescription), but I was surprised by the $25.98 processing fee. What if the grocery store charged $25.98 on top of your grocery bill for the luxury service of accepting your payment? Or if Walgreens added $25.98 for the convenience of selling you their product and accepting your payment? I suppose if automotive dealerships can add a processing fee, most other businesses will as well--it's another revenue stream! Additionally, $9.95 for standard shipping seemed a bit high--a US Priority Mail small flat rate box is $10.20 from the post office, and for 25 cents more would have been faster with tracking available (not available on standard shipping). We were hoping to save money compared to ordering at the eye doctor's office, but with the additional fees it didn't happen.
Frustrated with Alcon Aqua being discontinued but Lens.com had stock. I chose them rather than the new version hydraglyde. After confirmation with my doctor the aqua was replaced by hydraglyde. There was no communication to me prior to the change-disappointing. Otherwise easy to order and doctor confirmation, reasonably priced.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
