This is the cheapest I could fine my pure hazel contacts. After verifying my prescription which is now on file I received my contact within a few days. I was skeptical at first but I'm so glad I went with this company! Nothing but good things to say about them
I have sent twice of the rebate forms, they claimed they never received. I have all the proofs and chat transcript. And now they are saying rebates are expired. Lol. No clause are stated about the expiration of rebate when I made the purchase. The company does owe me $160. I am seriously thinking to issue legal letter by my attorney. I have also offered them to just give me credits so I don't have to send the forms again. They rejected. What a joke of this company. They thank me of giving them business. Well, don't thank me, because the money you get from me will gonna pay for the legal cost.

I sent a rebate with barcodes two week before my rebate expiration date. The rebate center didn't get my letter. I chatted and got the info that Lens.com has no way to fix it. I lost $100. It looks unfair.

Price are great with the promised rebate, but they are obviously counting on you not getting it. First you have to "remember" to wait 14 days after shipping to print the rebate form. Then if you do you have to mail in the physical proof of purchase barcodes from the end of the box. Of course you received your contacts 10 days earlier and already threw away the outer box the contacts came in, but that is were the proof of purchase is... sorry you can't have your rebate you don' t meet the required conditions. Bottom line compare prices without the rebate to make your decision, then if you do manage to jump through all the hoops that's a bonus... but don't count on it.

I ordered my contact lenses in September and while the contacts were received in a timely manner, no $150.00 rebate! I applied for the rebate on 9/23/21 and I am still waiting. It has been four and a half months. Apparently it has now been loaded onto the card but not mailed. They say there is a 6 week plus delay in processing rebates because of covid. No excuse for such a delay. Covid has been here for some time and one needs to adapt to provide better customer service. I'm almost ready to reorder and it won't be with Lens.com.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
