I was a little worried about using lens.com as some of the reviews were not entirely favorable. They must have changed the way they do business, because I had no issues. My order was easy to place. I saw what I was paying before I finalized the order, and I didn't have to request any sort of rebate. The prices were the best I could find anywhere online. My contacts arrived quickly, and they were exactly what I ordered. Great experience as of December 2022.

I placed an order because with their "rebate" it was cheaper than competitors. I submitted my paperwork for rebate as quickly as possible after my order (within a week of receiving my order). The rebate was accepted, moved to fulfillment, then was in the VISA processing center with an apology for the delay as the card volume was higher than usual. The card NEVER came. I logged back in to check on it and the rebate status was changed to "rebate window closed". So because they didn't process my rebate in time, I ended up paying MORE than anywhere else. I contacted their customer service about it multiple times and they're still claiming they didn't receive my rebate paperwork by the cutoff although I KNOW that they did because they moved my rebate through the process all the way to fulfillment. The online customer support specialist named Davonte was very rude and kept repeating "I assure you that we did not receive your forms". I kept trying to explain that I was to the fulfillment step with VISA before it cancelled but they were not hearing anything that I had to say. STAY AWAY from Lens.com as they are taking advantage of their customers!

The contacts are uncomfortable to the point I could only wear for an hour or two. The price was double what it said on site. I will never order again. Almost 200.00 later and I am more than disappointed
Lens.com has the worst customer service. I was given a run around for 2 months over contacts when they sent the wrong prescription. They tried to say it was my fault even though I uploaded the prescription. Then months for their carrier to return it to them. Their customer service reps are no help and their supervisors are no where to be found. Then instead of giving me my money back, they give me a credit so I have to order with them again. WORST COMPANY. NEVER ordering with them again.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
