When you go shopping online, there are tons of ways to get your discount/rebate. This website deliberately uses an outdated system.
First, you order online and pay the full price. Then, you have to wait for your contact lenses to arrive. Then manually send back the barcodes via (old fashioned) mail. Finally you must pray that your package will arrive and be processed on time. If they arrive at all! If not, you're always screwed and you can forget about your rebate. Also when your package is lost by courier like USPS, UPS or whatever. Too bad, that is basically what customer service says.
Companies like lens.com make it user-friendly for you to order on their website, and then deliberately make it hard for you to receive your discount/rebate. The contrast couldn't be greater. Let that sink in. Why else would you have to manually return these barcodes? Rebate systems can be very user-friendly, nowadays.
My advice is: please look for a company that already processed the discount into their prices, or where you will receive your discount digitally.
You shouldn't buy from companies that treat their customers like this.
It was easy to order and the contact lenses are very comfortable and the prescription is very good
I put in an order with Lens.com in August with the same $105 rebate offer others are complaining about. We are over halfway through December and I have yet to receive the original rebate from August. I contacted them once and did get some kind of excuse that it was a supply chain issue. Seriously! I've checked on their rebate tracker site a couple of times and it shows "Card Fulfillment by Visa Card Processor". So it's ready to go. Just waiting on "Card Mailed by Visa Card Processor". Guess the post office must having supply chain issues too. SMH
Go to any of the other well known online review sites and you will see their rebates are a scam for at least the past year.

My contacts were a competitive price, if you take into account the rebate, and arrived relatively quickly, but the rebate process is cumbersome and broken. First, they only processed the rebate for contacts for one eye and not the other even though they were sent in the same envelope. Customer service was very helpful and got the second rebate process started without too much hassle. However, I am now four months out and have yet to see either rebate. I was not going to write a negative review because the rebate website is easy to use, tells you where your rebate is in the process and indicates that they are experiencing delays. I decided to write this review when I got a marketing email today trying to get me to reorder contacts with much hype about the rebates! Stop advertising rebates when you can't process the ones you already have in the system.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
