Been ordering my contacts from lens.com for several years. Good customer service.
Their "rebates" are a scam, intentionally designed not to work as advertised. After 6months, I still have not received my promised $35 rebate. Their site says all steps have been completed but it hasn't been mailed out yet. That's what it has said now for two months. When I contact them, they say "due to COVID we are working very hard to mail out rebate cards in a timely manner." Yeah, right. In the future, I will take my business to someone who doesn't lie to me and play stupid games.
Customer service answered my question about colored contacts for my brown eyes in case I drop one-too much color in their colored contacts for subtlety so I went with the pale blue with the dot and it's easy to see. The contacts came within a week in spite of that heavy winter snow storm we had. Recommended for easy contact and pleasant ordering. Thank-you.

The invoice does not show a breakdown of the total costs. When I asked why the sub-total is almost double the cost of the contacts I was told he could not give that information - I would have to figure it out myself. I looked up sales tax in Missouri (since he told me that was the state used) 4.225%. Again the handling fee would be over 140.00, the contacts were 198.00. I let my fingers do their walking and found a site with a processing fee of 15.00. LOOK AT THE TOTAL COSTS - THE HANDLING FEES ARE EXCESSIVE. I cancelled my order!
NOT the low price advertised! They want a $100 "FEE" in addition to the "price". You don't find out until after you give them all your contact info (who knows how much spam that makes - either from them or the spammers they sell your info to)
Never received rebate, followed the rebate directions and followed up when I saw account status show rebate not received. Called lens.com which stated it was tough luck and there's nothing they can do to help a long time customer, hopefully they get sued for the rebate scam and go out of business.
Lens.com has astronomical processing fees. An order totaling $350 had a processing and taxes fee of $180 added - but not until you are checking out. So much for "no hidden fees"! When contacted customer service, I was told that taxes go based on Missouri (only 4.5%) and the rest is for "picking and packing" the order. There is no solid reasoning why it would cost this much.
Their fees have gone up 400% during the years of being a Lens.com customer. I will never order from them again.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
