I have been trying 4 months to get a simple job done (registered agent) and I was told it could be done quickly. I have called and emailed and was told, when I called, "there is no reason this should be held up... I will escalate it". Still, nothing. They SUCK and I will cancel the charge on my credit card and start over with someone else!
Everything ran smooth with this website until I realized that without me selecting them for a registered agent they did it automatically. When I call to try to get this straightened out I was sent from department to department they couldn't even give me a name of the departments I was sent to. That was $247 that I did not want to spend they told me to change it through my state which would cost me another $100 I am very dissatisfied

It is very hard to navigate the phone system (not one option ever mentions s-corps). Once I get someone and give them my info, it's like this is their first day and they have never heard any of my questions. Documents were missing from my package, according to the rep on the phone, but she couldn't provide a list of everything I was supposed to have so we could confirm that nothing else was missing. She asked me to hold, left me for over 11 minutes, and said it was because her system was down? She could have the courtesy to come back at least once during the 11 minutes to tell me so? Such a bad experience but now I am stuck with you so too bad for me I guess

They claim to have Satisfaction Guaranteed, but the reason I used them is because they were supposed to do all the work for me. But they didn't! I asked them to file my state withholding account forms and after providing all the info they asked for on their site and waiting over a week all I got was a half-filled out form that I had to complete and send in. I could have downloaded it and done it myself a 10 days earlier and saved the time. I got NOTHING for my money and when I asked for a refund they said no. I went on my state website and filled out the form right there and got my ID in 10 minutes. No idea why I gave LegalZoom that info and waited so long for NOTHING! They claim to be 100% satisfaction guaranteed but talking to someone is impossible, and if you're not satisfied they could give a $#*!. I'll never use them again! Ben

Terrible company, terrible process, terrible customer service. Don't use them. Don't trust them, don't give them your money. They filed my corp documents in December instead of January creating a tax implication in 2022 and making us loose the $800 tax break I would get for having incorporated in 2023. They wont refund my money. I have to re do everything myself or pay another company to do it when I already paid them. Just a terrible company.
This company is a scam they took money out of my account without your permission. The manager is Alex he is a liar. He took money out of my account twice. Sept 2017 and when i called to complain. The first time she said that it was for extra services. I said I did not want so she put the money back into my account. There was no outstanding bill. Sept 2018 they took out $132.99 and said I still owed them this money and it was a computer glich and they did not receive the final payment which made the total amount $500.00 for some papers they typed. There is nothing Legal about this company. My bank has put a complaint in for fraud. They have kept my banking info for two years and the bank said that it was illegal to keep a customer account that long. They never gave me any statement letter or phone call. They lie in wait to rob your bank account. I am also filing a complaint with the IRS regarding there procedures and have them audited. Please do not trust this company

Legal Zoom is very slow and unreliable. I had them file a Llc for me, it took them well over 2 months to get my EIN and I still don't have the paperwork needed to open my business bank account, now it's going on 3 months

I could not recommend Legal zoom any less. I will NEVER be using them, ever again. I have had nothing but issues, including; delay processing times, lack of communication/notice of order issues, unhelpful communications with service staff, lack of transparency with timelines/changes. I paid over $600 to have this be an easy and streamlined approach to starting my business, it has been nothing but a nightmare. I advise you to run fast from this site.
