This was the absolute hardest app to use. It's not expensive but is so not user friendly. Spen 5 hours of my life wasted for something so simple.
I was happy with this experience that I was able to compress one document which I need to upload last minute. Unfortunately, I won't be needing this compressor again any time soon hence I cancelled it before I forget.
All the documents you could need are here. They are concise, easy to read, and understand. Just fill out the templates and print or download. Fast and easy!
First off, when you advertise to be "free", you should be free, and that's it; but no, I had to sign up for a 7-day "free trial", which already made me unhappy, but whatever, I went through with it. Then I get my PDF converted to a Word Document, and it only converts 10% of the text on the page. The first page of my document had text boxes to fill in, surrounded by other important information, and the only text which was kept on the new Word document was what I had written into those text boxes; none of the surrounding information.
I needed a Durable POA for MN on very short notice. I was able to fill in the info, print it out and get it signed and notarized all in an hour. So Grateful!

Being able to find, fill out & print a Small Estate Affidavit was very helpful. I need to finish the process with getting it notarized & then to the bank.

I needed to make a couple of changes to my will which was written over twenty years ago. Thought i would have to have a completely new one made but found i could just use a form from this site to make the change at little to no expense.

Unable to get files to download on my IPad or IPhone. Worked with chat support which was not good and very slow to respond. They had to email me the pdf file. The bill of sale I created was poorly formatted with a whole page blank that had to be included in the document when being submitted to the state agency. Strongly would not recommend!

I was able to obtain the required forms. The login process is very cumbersome and difficult. You really needed to decide another way of logging in and keep it secure. The problem is probably the fact you're using Microsoft servers. Their security has never been good. They created a Unix clone. But Unix is much more secure. Typical Bill Gates copying instead of innovating.

The site was very user friendly and the documents were easy to complete with great pricing should you want to retain their services beyond the free trail period, and they make it very easy to cancel your trial should you choose to do so.

After paying for the transcript service I went to the schools website and was able to obtain the transcript. I am not sure if i Paid 7.50 of 15.00 dollars using this service but it was not needed and I had to pay twice. To the school and this service.

I signed up for the 7-day free trial with LegalTemplates.net to access some legal forms. I canceled the service on the eighth day, just one day after the trial ended, because I no longer needed it. Despite canceling promptly, they still charged me $49.95 for the next billing period.
I reached out immediately to request a refund or partial refund, explaining that I canceled only one day late and had not used the service at all beyond the trial period. I also explained that I never received any reminder that the trial was ending or that I would be charged. Many companies send a courtesy notice before charging, but LegalTemplates.net did not.
Their response simply referenced their billing policy and refused any refund — even though the annual subscription is $119.88 (about $0.33 per day), making the $49.95 charge for a single day seem excessive and unfair.
Pros:
Wide selection of templates available during trial
Cons:
1. No reminder before charging at the end of trial
2. No goodwill refund even when cancellation was just one day late
3. $49.95 charge feels disproportionate
Overall, I expected better customer service and fairness. I would not recommend relying on the free trial without strict reminders — and I was disappointed that they would not make an exception for a very minimal post-trial period.

The only thing about this website was this I thought it was free for 7 days I got charged $1.00 which isn't a lot of money it's just that you the web says it is FREE not so If I am being charged.
