I started using this because it said it was FREE... so I used the trial and created a document. It was super easy and honestly a great document. I later found out the HOA for our condo requires a specific lease to be used. I would give this a 5 if it was actually FREE without the sign-up and cancel situation

Terrible experience. Trying to type up a boat and motor bill of sale. Allows you to put in the boat and the motor sales prices separately which is what i need, but then it does not add the two together for the total sale price of both. It also only gives the amount of the boat sale and leaves out the motor sale.
PDF editor is a joke. Will not allow you to edit the text easily.
I highly recommend you do not waste your time using this service.

You overwrote my edited template, THEN I couldn't edit it again, you took me to the sign interface but I could never get to the editor again!

The entire website is okay, but after sending the buyer his contract to sign, your website froze up and he could not sign it, so then I had to print it out, and we had to meet at the Title Company to get his signature, so that is why I cancelled my service with you, not user friendly.

I found this to be a good source for the documents I needed but did have a little difficult to use at first. But with some practice it became easier. I think that it should be easier to go back and make changes to the forms after they were completed.
