I have been trying 4 months to get a simple job done (registered agent) and I was told it could be done quickly. I have called and emailed and was told, when I called, "there is no reason this should be held up... I will escalate it". Still, nothing. They SUCK and I will cancel the charge on my credit card and start over with someone else!
