Juan was outstanding. I clicked on the chat. I was upset because the template causes me to use a credit card and I do not have any kind of card to use for these things. Juan was very polite the entire conversation and even took the time to email me a blank copy of the Lease Agreement in which I needed ASAP! He even made sure that I checked my email so he knew if I received it! Thank you Juan and again sorry for snapping at you! (I hope that you get to see this too!)

Hi. I used your site for some legal documents back in Feb/March. I was not aware that there was a recurring membership or fees associated with it. My card was charged for two months (that I could see on my current statement). Customer service was satisfactory. I work in customer service also. I would recommend modifying the wording of your customer satisfaction request as it may create a negative experience.

I have used Legal Templates to create a document needed to negotiate with a tenant. It was very easy and smooth. I took advantage of the free trial period to create my document and was not sure I would need any more documents. I happened to check my bank account and saw I was being charged for a 2nd month of Legal Templates because I had forgot to cancel my membership. So I canceled it today. I got an email from LT confirming my cancellation along with an email address if I needed further assistance. So I emailed them and explained I only used the service for the one document and asked if they could refund the payment currently being processed at my bank. I was surprised to get such a quick response from Danny U. Just few hours after my request approving my refund! What a breath of fresh air, most businesses say after your free trial if you didnt cancel tough luck pay us. Thank you Danny U. In need of a non-disclosure agreement template I joined Legaltemplates. The template was very easy to personalize to fit my need and was accomplished in less than ten minutes.
The business structure is a subscription model giving subscribers access to templates. After subscribing, I went through several months of inactivity. I even forgot I was being billed recurrently. When I remembered, I was able to close my subscription and upon request, Benjamin from the support team acted to refund a significant amount of the charges I incurred during those months of inactivity. The product is good and the support team is responsive and fair.

There was no email reminding about the end of the free trial. There were no emails each month indicating they had charged my card. There wasn't even an initial email regarding the initiation of my account. I had used a card that I don't monitor very closely, so it took me 3 months of charges to realize I was still paying. I had even set a reminder for myself to cancel it, but since I couldn't find an email, I didn't follow up on my own reminder until I noticed the charges. On the flip side, their customer service, especially, Danny, was very good about getting my last month refunded, and obviously it was my fault I didn't cancel which is why they are getting 3 stars.
